Subject: Oil and Multinational Corporations
Proposed by: The republic of Iraq
The General Assembly,
(1)Reaffirming its resolution, which encourages the support for Oil industries and
(2) multinational corporations,
(3)Accepting that the power of Multinational Corporations are on the rise; as they
(4)are required for international commerce,
(5)Expressing its satisfaction in the advancement in sales generated by
(6)multinationals outside their country; which are greater than the total of world
(7)exports,
(8)Fully aware of many countries dependent solely on capital generated by
(9)multinational corporations, such as Iraq, whose economy is greatly dependent on
(10)the oil industry,
(11)Citing that multinational firms, in the case of third world countries, pay
(12)higher wages to local employees than they typically would receive
(13)elsewhere, and additionally offer higher rents for land and buildings,
(14)Alarmed observing multinational corporations provide greater monetary
(15)aid to the “home country,” usually being first world, upholding the
(16)dependency theory,
(17)Approving capitalism requires the absorption of the underdeveloped world
(18)into the global industrial settings

(19) 1. Urges for the United Nations to expand the target demographic for multinational corporations to third world countries;

(20) 2. Appeals to all countries to provide an adequate amount of cash such to boost revenues for “multinational movements”;


(21) 3. Further invites for an additional cash surge from the IMF and/or the Word Bank in support of aiding third world countries;

(22) 4. Requests the United Nations draft a treaty which sets the foundation to a system of Multinational equality in that each and (23) every country have some sort of multinational business run/employed by their own consent;


(24) 5. Encourages that every country interested to sign and affirm this treaty;

(25) 6. Recommends strongly all third world nations to sign for relieving their own economy;


(26) 7. Requests the United Nations impose penalties on countries that sign and do not follow the set guidelines.

Good resolution overall. The only thing I would point out that the first preambulatory clause doesn't really make sense, and doesn't really need to be there. Also, your seventh operative clause could be tied in to your fifth, because they're of the same mold. Other than that, great job. I can see the connections between your introduction and your solutions.
