REDO

Jimmy, you've got a lot of good information here, and I can tell that you worked hard on it, but there a few things to point out:

1) The preambulatory clauses are lengthy. I think you could sum up a lot of that info in a few clauses, or cut out some of it.
2) Your first operative clause is kind of like a preambulatory clause. Remember, preambulatory clauses say what the problem is, and operative clauses say how to deal with those problems.
3) You focus a lot on Iraq, and not so much on issues around the global (global economics, remember?). I think having some actions that pertain to Iraq are okay, but you have to relate this issue of free trade on a global perspective, otherwise it's not affecting the other nations that you'll debate with.

There's a lot of good stuff here, but you just have to shift the focus from Iraq and instead put it on the world.
