Hello everyone, The long sought after conference attendance list! Once again, only the last 4 numbers of your ID are listed. Don't be alarmed -If there are only the last 3 or 2, that's because the spreadsheet won't show 0 as the first number. -People who have -1000 points for conference attendance are people who have told us they are not attending the conference. -People with 500 or 400 points for registration are committee chairs and ambassadors. This was simply to help us differentiate. -If you don't find your ID number on one sheet, check the other. You may or may not be waitlisted. -There are only 99 spots on the attendance list because the board is not a part of this list. Although we would like to take each and every one of you to the conference, we have been limited to taking 105 people. Because of this, we had to base our decision on number of points accumulated over the year. If you feel your points were not recorded accurately, please email us (if you want to attend the conference that is). If you CANNOT attend the conference, please let us know ASAP. Not attending the conference will not have any impact on your grade for the club- only credentialing does. Feel free to email or talk to us about any questions or concerns you may have. If you plan on attending, please turn in your conference fees by March 3rd. If your parents would like to, they can attend a Parent Informational on March 3rd (5:30 @ Westview). This post has been edited on March 15th. If you still find any discrepancies, please let us know as soon as possible. You have until this Friday to turn in your forms. The Spreadsheets are up to date again. If you are in the 120-130 point range and on the conference list, you might want to check if you're still there.

I sent another email about my points (because I'm on the waitlist). A quick summary: I have a zero for each of my second position paper, third position paper, and winter conference (should be 70 more points total). All were completed on time, so I should currently have 168 points, not the 98 points I'm listed with. I'll be turning in the money and forms soon, seeing as 168 points should be more than enough...
