The packaging for the PAL Phantasy Star 2 and 3 is 99% the same as the US Genesis versions.

They are the same as the US versions, san the label.

I think PS3 was $7.95, and PS2 was a buck more. I later found she had a US copy of PS3 for the same price, but hey seeing a PAL Megadrive game in the states is rare-- I bought from her before so I know for a fact she is in teh US.

Or maybe I could flog them off for more, when if/they go up in price?

Import stuff does generally yield higher prices than any of the domestic stuff I see, so maybe. Just be sure to tell people that it runs fine on the US Genesis and I'd guess you may be able to get more money for them than that of which you paid.

At any rate, it's a good deal, and they're great games. :)

Golden Axe 2 Box and Cart
Splatterhouse 3 cart

Not bad for $6. I never planned on buying Splatterhouse 3, but seeing it for a few bucks I couldn't say no.

Gain Ground
Dick Tracy

Both mint, bar some manual creasing. Only cost me $4.30 at a store that's like Salvation Army.

The sticker is slightly missing on the Dick Tracy case, what did it say?

SplatterHouse 3 is so good! I really like the SoR-like take they did with it. After two side scrolling versions, this was a nice way to end the series. Still, I'd like to see one more on the Xbox or something...

GA 2 has always been a favorite of mine, there's just something about it. I like GA 3, as well(most don't seem to).

Dick Tracy is another excellent, old school Genesis title. Those last few levels are hell though...better have your GG ready. ;) Not sure that he's saying anything on the cart's label...but I'll check for you at some point.

Gain Ground: Classic, classic, classic. I've never been able to beat it, but fuck I love trying!

I'm talking about the case for the game, it says something about two players.

The label is MINT.

Uh, yeah, I don't know about that....DT is strictly one player. Here's a scan:

If that doesn't work, try here:

On my box there is a sticker that is ripped that says:

"Pad For 2 Player action", it is gold, and ripped before it says Pad so I dunno what it says.

If it's on the actual plastic "wrapping" of the shell, I'd guess that it's not the original case that DT came in, but rather another one with the DT insert put in it. It most likely, originally, said "Connect another pad for 2 player action".

I bought Demolition Racer for Dreamcast online this morning.
I hope it is awesome. And better yet, a working GD-rom...
The game is new so I'll hope for the best!

Damn awesome game. I loved it on the PC and yearned for the DC version for the LONGEST time, and then I got it cheap.

You know, it always sounds cool but being a driving game it would have to be split screen and that is always so agrevating. Maybe if I had a gigantic TV it would be funner but it always bums me out.

NBA Jam TE 32X (Box + Cart)

- Damn good, but for some reason I almost like the Genesis version more.

Metal Head (Complete)

- I am about the only person on the planet, I think, who enjoys this one. Try it out, and help me confirm this. ;)

Doom 32X (Box + Cart)

- If only it wasn't rushed to make the 32X launch. It's not bad as it is, in fact, it's pretty fucking good, it's just man when I think about what could have been...

Greendog (Complete)

- Good stuff, wild 2D platforming.

Bio Hazard Battle (Box + Cart)

- Awesome shooter.

Red Zone (Box + Cart)

- The most graphically impressive Genesis game of all time.

Desert Demolition (non-mega hits, Complete)

- I like the concept, I love the graphics, I'm just not too hip to the gameplay.

Ex-Mutants (copy works this time, Box + Cart)

- Fucking hard, but has potential. Need to break out the GG on this at some point.

Trouble Shooter (Box + Cart, in rather "poor" condition)

- Fun stuff. I dare you to look on ebay and see what any given copy of part 2 is going for...;)

Mean Bean Machine (Box + Cart)

- Too hard to be any fun. After the first character, it's fucking over.

Frogger (Loose)

- Always wanted this one...even though it really licks ass. ;)

Zoom (Complete)

- I played this via emulation after Ben and I were talking about it...I kind of dig it! Very Qix-ish.

LandStalker (Loose)

- Insanely hard puzzles...but still a really solid game. You'll go through it once...

Quackshot (complete, mint)

- Love it to death.

Turbo Prop Racing PS1- better known to most of the gaming world as
Rapid Racer (PAL and Japan).
I considered some other games but my gaming time is falling fast.
Red Asphalt and original PSX Wipeout will probably wait for me....
