I picked this up at Target the other night, they had dropped it to $7.48. Even though I have way too many PC games unplayed, I couldn't pass it up for that price. I am really impressed too, both the original game and expansion are two CDs a piece. Though I generally hate multi-CD installs, it's just wild to see an expansion that's two CDs. Nice package too, two jewel cases for the game and expansion, complete with the "Deluxe Box Set" labeling. Wasn't real thrilled with the strategy guide CD and soundtrack being in paper slips...but ah well. Bel |

I bought some stereo reciever from 1975 and some speakers from the same vintage for $20 at a yardsale. It might have been a bit too much, but it works pretty decent with everything I have. The speakers have phono and speakerwire connections. I tested the speakers from the phono connection by running an phono cable from the back of the speaker, to a phono to headphone jack connector, pluged it in to the Genesis 1 console and turned the volume slider on the Genesis way up. It got as loud as I usually play, but sounded great. I played Eagles greatest hits on the Sega CD and it sounded damn good. Now I just gotta get some speaker wire - my home made wire wasn't long enough. |

I generally keep the Genesis volume slider all the way up(it's been like that for years and years) and it's worked out on every setup I've had. Congrats on the new speakers and system, a rockin' stereo setup is a very hip thing. Bel |

Ok, I got JSRF in the mail... works great, the insert has some minor damage at the top - I have a few used xbox games with the same thing. But it came with a manual, despite the auction saying it didnt come with one. It cost me $30... kind of pricey, but I was in a good mood and really wanted the standalone version so it was more than worth it to me. |

Where did you get the manual? There's a few Xbox games I have that are missing the manual...assuming they were reasonable, I wouldn't mind picking them up...just don't know where to do so. Bel |

http://stores.ebay.com/Izzys-Media-Center He's sure to have something for you. I just typed in Burnout Manual, saw a listing for the Xbox version and purchased it, via Buy it Now. Bought Soul Calibur 2 non PH, in MINT condition and Mortal Kombat: A both for Xbox. Psi-ops, Bloodrayne and Darkwatch on the way. |

I'll take a look, thanks for the link. I wasn't real thrilled with BloodRayne 1, but 2 is off the hook, I love it. I need to pick it up the next time I see it. I've got Darkwatch but haven't played it yet, the fact that it ONLY runs in 480i is really turning me off. I've only played a demo of Psi-Ops, wasn't too impressed, but people really seem to love that one. Bel |

Over the past few days I've picked up a few goodies: Eragon(Xbox) - New, $19.99. Have always wanted to try this one, from the first video I'd ever seen of it. If you're in to old school beat'em ups with weapons, give this one a shot. As a real bonus, the levels where you ride the dragon are very Panzer Dragoon-ish. You 360 owners can download a demo of it if you want... Vampire: Master of Darkness(GG) - $4.95, cart only. Couldn't pass it up. Used to have it on my GG years ago before I loaned it to my sister and never saw it(or the GG) again. Lord of the Sword(SMS) - $3.99, cart only. Tried this one out via emulation and was quite pleased....was really shocked to see it in the wild, and for so cheap. Indiana Jones' Greatest Adventures(SNES) - $7.99, cart only. Back when I had my original SNES, before selling it and all the games I had with it for a Saturn and every launch game that a friend was selling, this was one of my all time favorites. I loved it so much that when I sold off the game I kept the manual and the box for it, because I knew if I ever got another SNES I'd get this game again....and that time has come. Bel |

I got the wrong manual, but I got a refund and the correct manual is on the way! Today I bought some more goodies Halo Halo 2 Maximum Chase the non-PH version of Max Payne Maximum Chase is pretty damn fun, the acting is cheesy as hell, but the game is fun. |

Halo 1 is, of course, great...and I'm waiting to see if Falling Leaf really comes through with a way to play part 2 on the PC. Max Payne is really pretty good, but unfortunately it falls into that "early Xbox game" syndrome of really poor graphics and little to no standard features(DD 5.1, etc). Still, I enjoyed it all the way through. MP2 is good as well, if you don't have it already. Bel |

I've spent quite a bit of time with it - I bought a non-PH copy to replace my PH copy. So now I only have two PH games - Sonic Mega Collection + which I'm not bothered about and Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition Remix (not really suprised the rerelease w/added content is a PH) |

I picked up Hidden Invasion for PS2. It looks like a beatemup from another era. I hope it is amusing. |
