Just looked down at the site's counter today...looks like it hit 1.5 million at some point today! This message goes out to my high school drafting teacher who once told me "Well Belmont, someone's got to fry America's burgers". Of course, as I make no money off WAG...I guess he may have been right. ;) Bel |

Flipping Burgers, eh... if it makes you feel any better. Well, looks like someone I work with isn't going for her masters after all. She's going away for three weeks to get her promition or someshit, and when I asked her about finshing up her masters she said "probally not". So let me get this straight, you spent over $40,000 for college, six years there, and you are going to be working here forever?! Why waste that time for school if you where here anyway? Hell, I'll have my tuition paid off way before then, and a new car before she even gets half-way through. The sad thing is here;s what she said about me: "if Dave was around my age or I was around his, I'd date him." You'd want to date me, but I sure as hell wouldn't. Nasty...! |

Well, I've heard of this "syndrome" and I don't know exactly what they call it, but it happens to a lot of college grads. They get out, and they're too scared to attempt anything. I actually had a friend who would constantly add stuff on to her college education, just so graduation would become further and further away. She once said that she wished she'd never graduate. Being a professional student? I don't think so...;) Bel |

I've got over 100 credits, never finished college. About the only thing going for me are some tech skills, so I have a full time job with benefits, but get paid about half as much as anyone else doing my job that has their certifications. I just dropped out of college a little over a year ago for the second time, and I'll probably look at getting some certifications after i finish paying off my student loans, some time next year |
