Well, it's important to note that Imagi is a Chinese studio...straight out of Hong Kong.

Saw Zombieland today, I also enjoyed the cameo in it. I liked it better than Shaun of the Dead, but didn't think that the movie lived to its full potential. But as far as zombie apocalypse romantic comedies go, it was pretty good. Saw a trailer for 2012, normally I go see any apocalyptic movie that comes out, but this one made me yawn.

Anyone else watch NCIS? I've been getting into it, I'm almost done with the 3rd season.
I'm thinking about what I want and what I need. I want a peaceful soul. I need a bigger gun

Saw GI Joe last night...man, that licked balls. The women were nice to look at...but past that...

I can't blame Sommers, he just directed it...

Watchmen Directors Cut (BD)- Totally worth it to get the extended version. The Hollis Mason part was left in this time as well as a few other scenes that actually help the movie. Oh, and the gruesome violence has been upped to damn near Robocop levels. ;) The BD version looks and sounds great, but they didn't use the IMAX transfer, which was a little disappointing. I liked when The Dark Knight fit my TV screen.
The BD rip I got of The Dark Knight, off Bittorrent(fuck you BDA) uses that IMAX transfer...which has the aspect ratio changing from 1.78:1(full 16X9 widescreen) to 2.35:1(bullshit 16X9 letterboxing) on the fly. They said they did it to open up certain scenes. It's kind of wild...and sometimes you don't even notice the change. Anyway, they say on the BD version is the only one that does it...the DVD version is a steady 2.35:1. A lot of people were pissed off about this(mostly the elitists over at AVS Forum), but I really liked it.

I'm gonna sing the DOOM Song.
I finally got the chance to finish Ghost in the Shell: SAC. It was great for the most part, but I was kind of disappointing with the ending. I just didn't understand most of the reasoning going on behind it. I'll be watching Gundam Wing's second half next. So far it's not as cool feeling as it was when it aired on Toonami, but that's understandable.
Just call me Steve. ;)
