Absolutely brilliant...and mind blowing, much like listening to the Architect talk on The Matrix Reloaded. Blows me away!

To me it's just like saying Mountains are beautiful so lets go there. There is tons of sublime places on planet earth, some man made, that I won't ever visit. I mean, I've watched every single Star Trek episode, and most other sci-fi besides, but I just don't see what other people do in Hubble Telescope shots. But hey, if it gets a generation of children to set their academic sights high, I'm all for it.

To me, that Hubble pic("The Most Important Picture Ever Taken") is absolutely terrifying. I mean, think about it: There are almost an infinite amount of galaxies out there, each with who knows how many planets, stars, suns, etc. It's stuff like this that makes one understand why most Christians don't want their kids getting to much in to science. ;)

How does the universe being so vast that it should humble us have anything against Christianity? I think the real problem with 'christians' and 'science' is that huge groups of people have chosen one or the other and continually hold their choice over the other. Neither choice is mutually exclusive, but hoards of people just love to feel superior.
