I'm gonna sing the DOOM Song.

It just showed up in the PSN store and I'm interested. Has anyone played it and is it good? |

The original had atrocious load times, a great story and somewhat clunky gameplay. Kinda like Zelda with load times. |

THAE VICTUS! That's all I remember from that game. Hearing that over and over. On the other hand, Silent Hill also hit PSN this past week... so people can hopefully stop charging $40+ for it. Edited by benstylus, Sep 12 2009, 09:40 AM.

I'd assume the loads would be gone via this downloadable version, as it'd run off the HDD and all. That's just a guess though.
I had always wanted to try it, but never got around to it. :( How are the loads on the Saturn version, any shorter?
Worked for Castlevania: SotN. You can get that one for $20 most places, now, where as it used to be $40+. Bel |

If there was a Saturn version of Blood Omen, I'd own it. The PC version was significantly better in every respect. |

I got the game and have been playing it on my PSP since it shortens the load times. It's a cool game, but man the combat s clunky as hell. |

Yup, but you'll be hard pressed to find any reviews that mention that fact. Why? Well because it was a good game, on the Playstation, around 1997, and that meant it was perfect. It is also a story based game, so gameplay just doesn't matter. It doesn't matter that the attack speed is too slow because of the pre-rendered CGI characters. Enjoy the game dammit11! ;) |
