Ran across this today. Pretty wild stuff! If you're like me, and just love comparisons...not to mention, see what you may have been missing due to bullshit censorship of some of your favorite films, I think you'll really dig it.

Take a look, check some of your favorite films...let us know what you find!

Starting us off, I'd like to mention Hard Target: The US "R" rated version vs. the UK "unrated"(it's actually rated, it's just "18+" or something like that). I actually own both versions, as it's one of my favorite movies. I had always heard about the stuff that had been cut and eventually ordered the UK version off Amazon...or ebay(can't really remember). I've gotta say, the UK version is *really* a John Woo film. For those who have seen both versions of Live Free or Die Hard(the bullshit "R" rated version and the "unrated" version, both on the same disc. You have to actually go in to the "Special Features" to select the Unrated version, just FYI), this is the same sort of transformation.

So much more violence and language...it rocks. It amazes me just how far over the top the violence is, a good example is the scene at the end where he shoots the fat guy(the one with the grenade launcher) a few times then spin kicks him(and he falls in slow motion). In the UK version he shoots the guy SO many more times, kicks him, shoots him somemore and then spin kicks him(IIRC). It's stuff like that, all throughout the film. If you're a John Woo fan, this is the version you need to see.
