Anyways, Dolphins. They're awesome aquatic mammals that are likely, one of the smartest creatures on Earth. They care for each other greatly, and though they are powerful enough to kill a human, they are also friendly enough to save ones life. Dolphins are related to toothed whales, one of the more often heard names is the Orca, or Killer Whale. Dolphins are popular in marine shows, and there are many, many different kinds of them. Here are some: Bottlenose Dolphin Common Dolphin Baja Dolphin (Extinct in the Wild, unfortunately. They're PINK!) Dusky Dolphin Spotted Dolphin (All types of Killer Whales are Dolphins as well!) Commerson Dolphin Boto (Amazon River) Dolphin I would name all 45, but I don't know all of them by memory yet! So discuss these awesome creatures of the sea! OT: OMG I'm posting in blue. AHHH!!!! |

Bottlenose are the most common of dolphins and thus most people think of them when Dolphins come to mind. Personally, I think of the Dusky Dolphin because they look really, really cool. X3 |

As far as I know, Bottlenose are the only ones used for shows and stuff like that, with the exception of the Orca. |

Some Dolphins aren't even afraid of humans, which is so awesome. I know so much. Lol. Yet I've never really been close to a dolphin. D: |
