I rarely get scared in movies, but one that did was the Exorcism of Emily Rose in a very specific part. >:

For me it would be a movie I can't remember the name of. It was about a girl who got yelled at and teased at, at school. She could kill people through psychology. Dang that movie was scary....

It's probably a mark of how little I watch scary movies that the one that scared me the most was probably the Japanese version of 'The Ring.'
