Stephen King's 'It', Japanese version of 'The Ring', 'The Others' was OK, and perhaps a couple others I forgot. |

When I was a kid I stayed up one weekend and watched "Five Million Years to Earth". My god, I don't think I've ever gotten over that. |

If I think about it actually Darkness Falls is pretty creepy, if not the movie then the general concept behind it. |

I can't think of a single horror movie that scared me. I found "the Shining" somewhat disturbing, and yes, same for "the Omen". And I found the suspense in things like the original "Alien" almost too intense. And there's always the psychological thrillers like "Silence of the Lambs" that can get you going. But as for a scary movie... I can't come up with one. But I can come up with a producer that is always a good bet to end up sleeping with the lights on.... Alfred Hitchcock. |

Most of these movies I've seen considering my favorite film genre is horror. Some are scary, some aren't. 'IT' used to scare me but it's a nice film now. ;P The last film that happened to scare me was this horror about spiders. I was dared into watching it and considering spiders freak me out... I almost couldn't sleep that night. |
