When: Afternoon Date: April 5th Calvin trotted up the steps of the mansion, dressed in some swimming trunks, drying his hair with a towel as he went, when he got stressed or frustrated he liked to work it out by doing laps of the pool. The rhythm and flow of it helped to soothe him and the physical exertion worked off excess energy emotional and otherwise, technically he probably should have had a chaperone or something under Mr Summers’ new lock down rules but Mimic hadn’t cared enough to let it stop him. Now he was feeling much more relaxed after his pool session and his mind turned to someone who he didn’t think would be so relaxed right now, Skye, in the short he’d known her he seen that she got very emotional. There was no denying there were a lot of things happening at the moment to get emotional about, her best friends condition not the least of them, so after changing into a shirt, pants and jacket he headed towards the girls dorms. Reaching her door he knocked, aware she had room mates that might singe his ears or something more drastic if he simply walked in unannounced. One of the many things he'd had to adjust to since coming here was girls who could do a lot more than slap him if he pissed them off. |

Kimberly appeared at the door of the room in a pink tank top and a pink skirt, now these two items, of the exact same quality, would have ran the girl about 30 dollars, but Kimmy had been feeling sorry for her self the day before, so she had ran out and splurged on some new clothing with mommy's credit card, so in reality she had about 200 dollars on her body. That always made Kimmy feel better about the current situation, a new skirt. She arched a brow at the guy in the doorway. How very eloquent she considered, or blunt depending on how you looked at it, to walk up on a girl's dorm room wearing nothing but a towel and swim-trunks. She looked him up and down, rolled her eyes and finally greeted him "Hello there, Can I do something for you? I mean honestly, your not wearing nearly enough to be a stripper now are you? But any guy in his right mind wouldn't wander about in his swimming suit right?" Now usually, that is to day USUALLY, Kimmy was a very nice girl. Friendly, and giving, however having all your fame stripped from you and end up the joke of the paparazzi would tick anyone off. They had somehow found out that Kimmy was staying at the school and the whole mutant up-roar over Kimmy walking on water had started back up again. Must be a slow week for gossip she considered. |

She had been out in the shower, trying to clean up when people actually showed up in her dorm room. Skye had managed to get things semi cleaned up, the shattered glass, the bottle of alcohol etc. The shower had not helped much, but at least she was cleaner. Clad in a pair of black pants and a long sleeved lycra top, she headed back towards her dorm room. Knowing that she still needed to go speak to her sister and then make arrangements to leave town for the funeral, she had to finish getting ready. The last thing she really wanted to do was speak to anyone, and that included her 2 new roommates. She paused in the doorway behind Cal, who was a surprise to see at her door. "He's here to see me, and if you don't mind, stop oogling him." Skye replied, sliding past Mimic to toss her towel and her shower bag on her bed. Having Miss Perfect Disney princess in her room was not how Skye wanted to deal with things. The perkiness got on her nerves after awhile. Skye crossed back to Cal and buried her head in his chest for a moment before she spoke. "He's gone, got the call a little bit ago.." She spoke softly, letting her red swollen eyes tell more then her lips. did. |

Calvin raised his own eyebrows as he was greeted by a petite blonde with a vaguely familiar face, he was sure they’d never met before now but he knew her face from somewhere. He just wasn’t sure where, maybe she did commercials or something. Apparently he hadn’t made a good first impression as she rolled her eyes before making a crack about his state of undress, upon thinking about it he realized how he must look to this girl he’d never met. He probably should have at least put a shirt on before coming, but there was no changing things now and he doubted Skye would mind, which was all that really mattered. “No Barbie, not a stripper, sorry to disappoint you” he replied with a smile deciding not to bother the nice guy routine, it probably wouldn’t do any good anyway and this was more fun. “As for my right mind…well, nobodies ever accused me of being particularly sane so yes I’m wandering around in my swim trunks looking for Sk…” he stopped mid sentence as the object of his search appeared. She explained the situation and rather cattishly warned the blonde off him, she had been ogling him? Maybe he’d missed it in all the snippy comments…
Mimic blinked, taking a second to work out what she meant before it sunk in, “Oh…I’m so sorry Skye” he said hugging her tightly, teasing mood gone as he tried to console his girlfriend over the loss of her best friend. He wasn’t sure what he could do to help her, asking if she was alright sounded stupid, he knew she wasn’t, why would she be? So he just hugged her. |

"He's here to see me, and if you don't mind, stop oogling him." Skye quipped as she stepped through the door and past Kimberly who was still finding it difficult to get past her roommate's...well for lack of a better word Kim had made one up 'bitchosity'. “No Barbie, not a stripper, sorry to disappoint you” Calvin responded to Kimberly, to which she responded with a snap of her fingers. "Damn, and here I was thinking I was about to have a killer afternoon" "As for my right mind…well, nobodies ever accused me of being particularly sane so yes I’m wandering around in my swim trunks looking for Sk…" Kim listened to Calvin speak, prepping her next 'witty' (as far as her own wit actually went) retort, only to hear Skye step up from behind and say it. "He's gone, got the call a little bit ago..." Kimmy diddnt know what the situation was, but it diddnt take a Genius to figure out what all of it meant. Skye's tone, the words, the tears that had gone by. "Uhh..." Kimberly diddnt quite know how to respond to the situation. Her roommate was obviously upset, and There Kim had been for a moment, playing verbal ping-pong with Skye's boyfriend. "I Will just be on my laptop...if yall like...need anything" she turned around and sat back down in front of her pink mac-book pro. It had to be pink after all, every single goddamn thing the girl owned was pink, her cellphone, most of her purses, her laptop, earrings, and jewelry. Kimmy just loved the color pink |
