Rictor is in. Though he most likely will get a dose of it, but involuntarily. Dazzler may make an appearance as well. This is a music fest right? Perhaps she could have a small venue here. She will not be taking the drugs tho. |

Sorry for following up so late. I'm still interested in the plot, and Riva is most definitely in, as a local promoter of the festival, passing out flyers and digging up a few bands in town so that way the festival has a bit of the local scene included. Exposure and whatnot. And y'all can go crazy making up band names. As for drug use, she will not get hooked on Kick. The irony in having a chain smoking booze hound trying to steer people away from a drug addiction is just too hilarious to miss, and it wouldn't be the first time she'd get called out on her hypocrisy. If any help is needed for drug distribution, I'd more than gladly throw Aingeru into the fray. He wouldn't have to show up at the concert, perhaps later when people are hooked and looking for a fix. He'd certainly be the type to push Kick out to humans, even though it's not intended for their usage. I'd like to turn him into a user, since the catatonic prereq to use his powers can be a nuisance, enough of a motivator for him to want to amplify his abilities. Either way, I'll leave his participation in the distribution up to Tom and Jesse's discretion. And Jara takes no part in this. She doesn't smoke, seldom drinks, and is very meticulous about what goes into her body since it will affect her morphing abilities immediately. And she seems to think she's pretty badass already, so drugs are just too far below her. However, if Cam needs an intervention, count on Jara to write a little poem or two about their friendship. Just to add, although it has been discussed earlier in this thread that the concert would possibly be mutant based, to apply that would be unreasonable. For instance, you have a gathering of highly powered individuals? There would be a lot of sentinels, besides the fact that the city would probably have an uproar about a large gathering of mutants. If and when those people taking Kick at the concert lose control, the sentinels would all launch in at once. We would have a massive mutant disaster on our hands. Therefore, the concert is not mutant specific, and you are asked to try and keep powers in check (until whatever time you are taking Kick, if applicable) and to wear image inducers should your mutation be a physical one. |
