Time: September 20th; 7pm. Place in timeline: night before Wolf's Head. OOC: Ran's movement was given permission from Avalene. Not knocking Anne Lee barged into the room the Mordreds shared. Earlier that day she said she'd visit them later. Well, during the time she told them others had decided to come as well. Apologizing to Kate for take apart her alarm clock, Anne Lee decided to make it up to her by inviting to hang out with the Mordreds. Kate was given no choice. Later, while attempting to put Kate' alarm clock back together, it was mused whether they should make-over Lyn. Anne Lee decided she'd have to be tricked like through a game or something. Maybe truth or dare she said with a smile. Lesly over-heard this and suggested a sleepover. The word spread. Kimmy was sought out and invited because she knew about make-up and stuff and would be so fun for her to attend. Evvy, she was gathered (dragged) along. They each were told to meet at the Mordreds' suite at 7pm. "Lyn, you have been invited to a sleepover we are throwing in your room," Anne Lee announced as she waltzed in with a full tooth grin on her face. She dropped a sleeping bag, a pillow, and a small black stuff rabbit type thing in the corner by the door. The rest of her effects could be summoned later. "However, there is one condition. Ran, no boys allowed." In the last year she had grown taller, but Ran was still taller than her by about four inches. Yet, he was stunned enough so she could push him out of his room. "Go bother Mittens or something," Anne Lee said, "You are not allowed back into your room until 10am tomorrow morning. Don't worry, it's not as though we'll be attacking Lyn. She'll live." In joy Anne Lee gave a twirl. The skirt of her black dress billowed slightly. "The sleepover of the year starts now, woot!" Was it too much to say that she was excited? "We're going to hang-out, snack on junk food, play games, watch a movie, maybe have a pillow fight. All I know is this is going to be one hundred percent totally awesome!" Yes, she had had sugar earlier so she was hyper. Only one thing was told to everyone, 'the make-overs were going to be kept a secret until one of them dared Lyn to receive one.' There was no need to scare Lyn, right? "Maybe we should settle. I'll summon snacks once I know what everyone wants. Oh, games are before the movie!" |

Place in timeline: Two and a half weeks after the Return of Jacob. a week After Lesly's Dyes her Hair. Lesly really hadn't planned on doing anything today. In reality, Her entire life had been blown apart by the new arrival of, this guy in her life. However odd that sounds out of context, since the first of the month, She had been slowly getting use to the fact that that she now had an older brother, Jacob. Frankly, no Matter how many DNA test Mr. McCoy preformed between Anna, Lesly, and this Jacob, She still couldn't believe it. Still, even if her Family life was turned upside down, she still had her friends to rely on, and things she needed to do. She had over heard Anne Lee and Kate talking about Lyn, another new twist in her world, that was somehow saved by her lost brother several months earlier before being dumped on the steps and left. Still, she was excited by the idea of a forced make over, and quickly added her own flair to it. Soon, within a few minutes, the idea blossomed into a giant sleepover party/kidnapping/make over/general fun. So, Lesly briefly told her sister what was going on, as her older siblings sat conversing in the Student lounge. She packed quickly in her room, and quickly involved her other Roommate, Evvy, into this. No matter how much the shy plant manipulator wanted to stay out of it, Lesly finally convinced her to coming down to the Lyn's room for the evening. Lesly walked down the halls, carrying her sleeping bag, her PJ's, and last but not least, her notebook. Not that she planned on doing anything with it. Still, if she had learned anything from the training session, it was to be prepared. She playfully ran her fingers though her now dark pink hair. Last Saturday, she had randomly decide to dye her hair a hot pink. But because she had such dark hair to begin with, it turned out alot darker then she thought it would. Still, Anna flipped out when she walked in to find her sister leaning over a sink carefully squeezing in the dye. Maybe it was yet another rebellion thing, or Lesly simply trying to express herself. Nevertheless, she was happy with the results. She walked down the hallway to the Mordred room, just as Ran was shoved out of his own room. She giggled ruefully as she walked by and simply said, "Sorry, Ran." As she rounded the corner into the room. She dropped her stuff, and immediately ran up behind Anne Lee and hugged her from behind, her new dark Pink hair swinging over her face. "Heya Cutie!" She said jokingly hugging her friend. She stood there for a few minutes hugging Anne Lee as she looked over the room, seeing the possibilities of tonight's fun. She Looked over at Lyn over Anne Lee's shoulder, and smiled broadly. "You are soooo in for it." She said mischievously. She knew that she wasn't suppose to say anything about the makeover, but it was still fun to drop hints at something. She let go of Anne Lee, finally. "So, What do we have planned? A bit of truth n dare? Some Poker? What?" She said quickly, ending with a playful giggle escaping her lips. |

They were just hanging out in their suite. It wasn’t late or anything, and they didn’t have anything much to do, so they were just relaxing. Lyn was reading, Ran playing final fantasy on the DS. The usual. They didn’t expect anything unusual to happen that night. No one bothered them after they headed off to their rooms for the night. The suite suited them perfectly. Their old roommate had moved out anyway, so Ran would’ve had to deal with someone entirely different, not to mention Lyndal would have been stuck in the girls’ dorm. Ugh. He still … er, SHE still wasn’t used to being a girl. Or, well, knowing that she was a girl and living in a girl’s body. Thirteen years of thinking that you’re a boy, living in a boy’s body, sharing said boy’s thoughts… The separation was confusing on so many levels. Like, despite the fact that she had a boy’s body… wasn’t she still a guy? She’d grown up as a guy, so really… it was weird. She didn’t know what to think. She kinda wished she had the nerve to ask one of the reality manipulators to make her a boy physically. It was just wrong. And highly disturbing in some ways… next time she had her time of the month, she was so stealing Randal’s body for a week. Let him deal with the cramps and … ugh. There wasn’t anything good about being a girl. Well, except maybe the boobs, but still! That wasn’t enough to make up for it. Having her own body was great, it was, but couldn’t she have the other body? It wasn’t fair that Ran got to be the boy and she had to rethink everything about herself. Like, boys for instance. That was a topic she never wanted to talk about. Before, even those thoughts were off limits. What if her brother overheard? Oh, that would be deadly embarrassing... It was strange being able to block him off completely. At the moment their minds were barely connected, though once in a while they unconsciously checked on one another. It was undoubtably a surprise when Anne Lee burst into their room, as if she owned the place. The twins just flat out stared at her as she stated that she was throwing a sleepover. Ran stood up, ready to shoo her off. Maybe if she had suggested a sleepover in Lyndal's room, he wouldn't have been annoyed, but the way she stated it was like they were taking over both rooms and the common area! And apparently that was just what she meant, he found out as he was told to go off and bother Mittens. He scowled. "Keep out of my room, Imp," the male redhead ordered Anne Lee, not stepping back inside. He was fuming. Couldn't they have just dragged Lyn out to the girls' dorm if they needed a sleepover so bad? This sucked... yet he was still standing dumbfounded outside the room as Lesly passed him. He was pissed they had invaded the suite, but... they were Lyndal's friends. He had started to get on his sister's nerves that they were never apart. "Have fun, sis..." "...and don't make a mess," he stated, stalking off without a direction. Where was he going to stay all night? There was no way he was going to hang out with the younger boy, he and the catboy didn't particularly get along. They didn't dislike each other so much as they didn't really talk. It'd be lame going to ask if he could camp in his room. Lyndal was still holding her book, frowning at the two girls. They couldn't be serious, could they? Damn... |

Honestly enough, Kate hadn't been very surprised when they announced the sleepover. In her mind, it was about time. There were enough girls her age or thereabouts that she was surprised that one hadn't been held before now. She moved down the hallway carefully, vision blocked by the mountain of items in her arms -- sleeping bag, pillows, raggedly stuffed animal. Every so often, Kate had to stop and peer around it all to make sure that no one was there in the hallway to bump into. By the time the girl reached the chosen room and nudged the door open with her foot, the pile had began to slip. "Can anyone..." Kate began, her voice muffled by the pillow against her face. At that moment everything slipped, falling to the floor. "...help?" Sighing, she bent to retrieve it all, wondering what would be in store for the sleepover. "Sorry, Ran!" She added sheepishly as the older boy stalked off, wondering who had chosen this particular room for the sleepover. Giving up on her small pile of stuff, Kate flopped down in the middle of the room, blowing aside one of her bangs impatiently as her skin turned pearl pink. What did one do at a sleepover, anyway? She'd never actually been to one, only seen them on television, but in a house full of mutant teenagers it seemed like there would be more to do than sit around and gossip. "Are we going to raid the fridge?" Kate asked suddenly, brightening up. Mmm...ice cream, root beer, snacks...sounded great. Food in general was good. "And sneak around and not get caught?" Now that was an adventure. |

Kimmy had a sort of energy about her, she was always in Super-Party mode, and did not have a off switch, at least not one that she could think of. When the SleepOver email got into her mailbox, she about had a seizure. First off all she wasnt friends with many other girls besides Alix and Jayson; not that she was friends with any of the boys however. She had been held up in her dorm room since the patrol incident, she had been in more than a little trouble for her excessive use of force, but got off easy comparatively. Kimberly was in a bad head, She had almost killed someone and it had really shaken her. She peaked into Ran and Lyndal’s room and smiled nervously, so many girls who were in her classes; but she didn't know them very well. Evvy would be coming, but they had not talked much since their escape. She let herself in to the room and waved to everyone quietly, setting her things down. A bag with her Pajamas and some fabulous clothing for the morning, her light pink Macbook, and a Makeup box full of her favorite cosmetics. “Hi everyone. Lets do this up right~” she smiled and looked around the room before plopping down on the floor next to her things. Her makeup kit was wondrous. It was the size of a drum-kit, and was full of every kind of makeup you could think of, from expensive professional cosmetics right down to Wal-mart covergirl lipsticks and blush; and of course the box was light-pink like most of the things the C-list starlet owned. Kimmy Smiled as she dug through the box looking for her favorite bubble-gum pink Lip-Gloss. “Found it~” she said to herself, before applying it. |

Evvy walked down the empty hallways to the twin's suite, bag over shoulder and pillow clutched to her chest. She didn't know how she'd gotten talked into this. It helped, though, that she knew most of the girls that were going to be there pretty well. They were all girls she'd talked to, and thought that maybe she could be friends with if she wasn't already. Only, some of them were rather rambunctious and she hoped they didn't scare Lyndal. She was a very shy girl, having hid behind - er, inside - her twin for thirteen years. Whatever way one put it, it was odd, but it was nice getting to know Lyn... as Lyn was getting to know Lyn. The girl's dark red hair fell into her eyes as she went down the stairs, and she stumbled a bit. She probably would have fallen flat on her face if someone hadn't steadied her at the bottom. She glanced up and smiled. "Hello Ran... I'll make sure they don't traumatize your sister, don't worry," she said with a smile to Lyndal's counterpart. The boy just shook his head and kept walking. Someone was in a bad mood. The plant manipulator sighed, and pushed a large tangle of curls behind an ear before moving on. It was a hope that her vines would stay still tonight. She wasn't quite sure how the others would react to seeing them move under her skin... Although it had been almost a month since they'd spread from her hands, she was still somewhat self-concious about them. Soon she was at the door to the twins' suite; everyone was there that she knew was coming. She glanced at everyone, dropped her things in the pile, and closed the door. She smiled, a little nervously, and quickly settled down beside Lyn. "Don't worry, they won't bite," Evelyn said, handing Lyn a fallen bookmark. The night had only started. |

When she was done twirling Anne Lee clapped her hands once and gave a giggle. This sleepover would be a wonderful chance for everyone to just get to know each other. The school was so large that it would be impossible to get to know everyone on a first name bases. Everyone stayed in their own little niches. Team meetings were the only time when one could be forced to 'socialize' with others they normally wouldn't. Not only that, poor Kate and Lesly didn't have more kids their owe age to hang-out with. After all this being a mutant school most students were 16 or older, usually. Rosie being the major exception. She, like Valyn, were so cute! So, if it had been Mittens Lesly's sneak hug wouldn't have been too much of a surprise. Anne Lee wasn't her brother. She would never be her brother. An inconceivable squeal mixed with a series of giggles emitted from her mouth. This was the first time she had been glomped by someone in recent history. Every time it would be her excessively hugging someone. "Lesly, your hair is interesting being pink," Anne Lee said as though the sneak attack had never happened. "Everyone will be here in a few moments Lyn. Then the fun shall begin!" Lyn, how could one describe the expression on her face? Ha! Lyn's expression looked as if she hadn't be expecting her to show up. Wait! Wait! "Lyn, I thought I told you I was going to come visit you after dinner. Um, maybe that was a couple of days ago," Anne Lee stated not really connecting anything she had just admitted. It was too late now, the others were showing up. First Kate who lost the grip on her belongings. She then noticed Kimmy joining them. Having her here would be awesome! Then, finally, Evvy showed up. It would click later that night but it seemed that all those present had been in the training session in August. Some were the pirates, some were the treasure bearers. "Well, we are all here. With hope Ran will stay out of the room," -she quickly shot a side glance at Lyn- "It wasn't kind for him to call me imp but it fit. He seemed kinda mad. I wonder why?" Kate asked a serious question. "Maybe after the movie we could sneak about. Let's go somewhere we normally don't go," she said with a smile. "As for the fridge. I think we could or I could summon some snacks so we can get this party started!" Suddenly she gasped finally connecting a simple fact. "Oh, I don't believe everyone knows everyone all too well. So, let's see." Anne Lee gave a slight pause only to take in a sharp intake of breath. Even though it was rude to do so she pointed to each of those she introduced in turn. "Lyn Mordred, of the Mordred twins, is the one reading the book and staring at us as though we shouldn't be here. Lesly Cuff, author extraordinaire, now sporting pink hair. Kimmy Parker, nice for you to join us, water goddess, and the next great music artist. Kate Morrison, empath, and is probably the best friend anyone can have. Evvy Zenadia, one of the plants, welcome. I hope you'll like the sleepover. Of course, I'm Anne Lee Austin. It wouldn't be wrong of me to guess that my brother is more known then I. If you're met him I am flamboyant as he states. If we need anything that can't get quickly or without getting in trouble, I just have to want it." Not even out of breath, she added, "Food and games. What game should we play first? Though, snackage is most needed." |

Lesly giggled with Anne Lee, as she stood there with her arms slung around her friend's shoulders. A small smile arced across her face as she snugged Anne Lee from behind. The was nothing wrong with hugging a friend, right? Just then, Kate came crashing in, toppling over and sending her stuff flying all over the place. Lesly flew off Anne Lee's shoulders to catch the falling debris. She skid into the ground, missing by about a foot from Kate's raggedy stuffed animal. She peeled herself off the floor, dusting off her clothes in defeated. She saw the stuffed animal at her feet, and reached down to pick it up, handing it to Kate. "Here's your..." She paused, studying over the animal, "Bear?" She said, reaching over the falling sleeping bag and handing it to Kate. She let a hint of a rueful smile cross her face as she let go, tucking a pink bang behind her ear to hide her expression from Kate. It was bad enough that Lesly had to draw attention to Kate's animal, did she have to draw more attention by not being able to identify the thing? Evvy came in next to Kim sporting a huge makeup kit in tow. She gave Her Roommate a slight wave, and beelined to Kim's kit. Lesly has yet to use makeup, except for borrowing some blush and lip gloss from her sister when the occasion called for it, like the Grey-Summers Wedding. But even then, Anna had a modest makeup kit compared to this. She didn't realize that so much could go on one's face. "Wow..." She said, her eyes steadily growing bigger as her eyes took in all of the colors and instruments. "That seems a bit much, don't you think?" She said, still figuring out what all of this stuff went to. She spun around to face the center of the group, as Anne Lee officially called this Sleepover to order. When the older girl called announced the Little Author, Lesly couldn't help but giggle and wave slightly to the crowd. A slight blush rose from her collar as she stood there. It felt nice to be recognized. "'Flamboyant' is an understatement, dear." She said, leaning up against the wall, as the officiator of the party introduced herself. Les got up and began to twirl around the room in sheer excitement. She stopped in the middle of the room and faced Anne Lee again. "We need some food, or I'm going to run out of energy soon." she said, feeling the first edge of hunger stabbing at her stomach. "We need pizza, and Root beer, and Chex mix, and some chips." She paused slightly, looking around the room. "Anyone writing this down? Here, Let me-" she said, reaching into her back pocket and flipping open her notebook, click her pen and placing it on the pad. She watched in humor at the various reactions of the the others in the room, before pulling the two instruments apart and leaping back. "I"m kidding I'm Kidding!!!" She spat out between fits of giggles. "I just wanted to see the looks on your faces..." She said, her face beaming. "So, who's up for a party classic: Truth or Dare?" She said, flopping on the couch, her wild pink hair swinging into her face. |

Sheepishly, Kate leaned forward to accept her raggedy stuffed animal. "He's a dog." She said, poking her lower lip out as she faked hurt. The puppy toy had been her comfort object since she'd been born, and there was no way the girl was leaving it behind. Her puppy retrieved, Kate settled back among her things and looked around at the others. She recognized all of them, a small miracle in itself given the size of the school and just how many people were constantly coming and going. "Makeup?" She peered more closely at the box, a little dubious. It wasn't like Kate needed makeup, since her skin was constantly changing and ruined the effect. "You're good at that stuff, right?" Understatement of the year, she realized. Kate flopped onto her stomach, moving her puppy a few inches away so that she didn't squash him, and listened to the introductions. Her own made her blush magenta furiously, and she moved to cover her face in her pillow until the extra color faded. "Food!" She cheered, voice muffled from the pillow. Kate was starved, and ready for something that fit a sleepover -- especially pizza. The game suggestion made her pause. "Then I start." She lifted her head and beamed wickedly around at the group of assembled girls. "Truth or Dare, Anne Lee." When Anne Lee's answer was 'Dare', Kate's face split into a grin as she pondered all the possibilities. "Okay...I dare you...to...go steal the underwear of any teacher you want." She settled back into her pillow, grinning. "Oh! And no cheating by using your powers. That's no fair." She added quickly. |

Lyndal remained sitting on the couch, watching the other girls come into the room one by one. It did help that she knew them all, to one degree or another. They had all been in that pirate DR session, for one thing... which was kinda odd. There were three from each team. Hmm. If she really had no choice in the matter... perhaps they could do a reenactment later? Haha. Now that would be fun. She examined the pink makeup case with some misgivings. Really, was that all used? It looked to be a bit... much. Then again, she'd never worn makeup before in her life. Spending thirteen years as a boy could do that to a girl. She sighed and put her book aside with the place marked by the slip that Evvy had handed her. "Hello, everyone," she said, raising an eyebrow at the enegetic gathering of girls in her room. She didn't want to know who's idea this was. She could feel her brother seething about being kicked out of his own room. It was kinda funny, actually. Rolling her eyes, she added, "No, Anne Lee.. I would've remembered if you said something about my and my brother's suite being invaded by girls." Lyn stuck her tongue out at Anne Lee when she was introduced. Haha, very funny. She very barely managed to not mutter 'you don't belong here, pest' ... but her brother heard her. She could hear him snicker. Before he could even start teasing, she thought at him with a tinge of annoyance, and a bit of amusement, ::No boys allowed.:: Her stomache growled slightly at the mention of food. Pizza sounded divine. Were they going to order pizza? She almost didn't catch the decision to play truth or dare. She would've missed it altogether if Kate hadn't gone on to dare Anne Lee... oh wow. Was she really going to do it? |

Evvy smiled slightly, giving a little bow that was little more than a nod of her head when she was introduced to the rest of the group. Lyn was taking this rather well. She had thought that her friend would be rather unnerved by the group of girls invading her room. It was relieving that she seemed comfortable enough, if slightly irked. That was understandable enough. After all, her friend didn't really know the other girls, and they had taken her room over for the night without any forewarning. "Sarcasm, Lyn? I'd expect that from your brother, not you," she teased with a half smile. The gathering wasn't that bad. She knew them all, strangely enough. More or less. Though there was a wide range of personalities, from ridiculously shy to ridiculously ridiculous. The party was bound to be interesting at least. She was looking forward to watching the scary movie. It was in black and white, a real oldie. Only, there wasn't a tv in here... so they'd either have to drag a tv down or go gallavanting through the school later to commandeer something to watch the movie. Or something. "I propose a kitchen raid while Anne Lee goes on her mission," she stated with a curious look into Kimmy's pink arsenal of make up. Evvy was a bit of a tomboy, but it wasn't entirely out of disinterest. It was just... she didn't see the point. However, she was curious what went into the stuff. Maybe she could make some. |
