Camera almost laughed out loud when she saw the soldier with the KBAR. But her attention was quickly redirected to Gambit and his little soldier problem. As the Cajun ducked for cover via luggage compartment she took cover to the side while Cain helped Black Tom to avoid being hit by a stray bullet. The massive mutant, Juggernaut made his way back to the front of the group after Remy took care of the soldier with his exploding cards.

But before they could move any further a group of soldiers made the mistake of getting in the Juggernaut's way. They told them to stand down, the blonde rolled her eyes. Like they would listen to a bunch of sapiens. Camera stood to the side behind Cain This was going to be really quick and painless, well painless for her. The soldiers at the end wouldn't be so lucky. The only luck they would have is if they died quickly by way of the massive Juggernauts foot.

"Don't totally crush their weapons. I'll wanna use the solder boys guns." Camera said from behind him, not knowing if he could even fully hear her. "Don't you know who I am? I'm--"

Camera thought, "This is going to be very messy."

"Don't you know who I am? I'm--"

Whatever else the man the big guy was going to say was completely drowned out by the explosion of firing pin snapping against the bullet casing, igniting the gunpowder packed behind a lump of hollowed-out metal and forcing the incendiary bullet out of the barrel and directly into the back of Sergent Jackson's head at over 1100 feet per second. Suddenly the top half of the man's head was gone, pieces of it painting the walls of the train compartment, the ceiling... even the his fellow soldiers and the very large man he had ordered to stop moving.

Suddenly, a red and black blur leapfrogged over the body of the headless man as it began collapsing to the ground, clearing the soldiers crouched in the front row as he dove for the floor between them and the mutants. Somehow, the stranger managed to come out of the roll already twisting to face the small group of dumbfounded soldiers, most of whom were still in shock over their comrade's death only moments ago. Both pistols drawn, Deadpool immediately opened on the unprepared men, every deadly bullet shattering skulls and sending geysers of blood and brain tissue flying in every direction.

As soon as the last man had fallen, Wade Wilson spun as he pulled himself out of his crouch, coming around to face the mutants he'd heard being discussed over the radio. He cast the pistols aside and reached over his shoulders, grabbing the handles of both swords strapped to his back, unsheathing them with near-lightning speed, the ring of steel scraping against steel was left hanging in the air as he redied himself for battle – most of his suit painted with the remains of the enemies he had just vanquished. The entire event had taken place in mere moments – it was beautiful, it was brutal... he needed to think of something epic to say... to get across the point that this was not a man to be trifled with.

“.... No tickets,” he said, jerking his head toward the dead just behind him.

The train heist was never meant to be a simple undertaking. How can a group of people hijack a train simply? There were many roles to be played in this game. Razorback had driven them there. Half of the crew was to head up the rear of the train while the other half of the group approached from the front. Toad would be joining them soon once his task was completed. It was a highly orchestrated string of events. It was a given that security would be high on the train with the cargo that was being transported. Now there was another unexpected variable added to the equation. Ahead of the advancing Brotherhood, in the midst of a downed contingent of guards, stood a costumed buffoon.

The man was dressed in black and red. His face was completely covered in a mask that gave no hint to what lay beneath. After he had dispatched the guards the masked stranger disposed of his guns and drew out two wickedly sharp swords. “…no tickets,” he said indicating the bodies behind him. It was obvious this man was a clear and present danger. He’d taken out many guards at once all by himself. The Brotherhood had superpowers but they weren’t trained like the guards. This could wind up being a right old scrap.

Tom tried to keep his eyes on the stranger as well as steal a glance to his teammates without telegraphing any moves. Tom tilted his head slightly, trying to present and air of confidence and unflappable cool. He was studying the stranger. “Don’t know what you’re after, friend, but we’ve got business to take care of. Tight schedule, you see,” Tom said. “Got a little parcel to pick up and we’ll be on our way.”

If a fight with this stranger could be avoided, things would move much easier for Tom and the Brotherhood. With his damnable luck, though, things were never easy. Tom’s finger stroked the trigger of the pistol he’d lifted from the guard. His grip on the cane tightened as well.

Apparently the Juggernaut wasn't near as concerned as Remy and some of the others at the shit storm that was just a triggerpull away from becoming a reality. Gambit could understand why... the guy was a his own walking personal tank, and while he would provide some sort of cover fire, it didn't mean that himself or the rest of the Brotherhood were bulletproof. Despite his amazing abilities, the ragin Cajun's internal organs were just as soft and squishy as anyone else's

Suddenly, the mountainous mutant's bellow was interrupted by the loud crack of a pistol going off. From his position at the rear of the group, Remy was only allowed a partial view of the ass-kicking that was taking place before Juggernaut's very eyes. Within seconds, a red and black clad figure had dispatched of every single guard in their way; Gambit couldn't help but wonder if he'd done them the same service all the way down the train? If he had blazed a trail for the Brotherhood, it would make their job so much easier... on the other hand, things were about to get sticky if he was after the same cargo they were.

His eyes cut over to the Irish, letting the smooth talker share some words with the unknown wildcard standing in front of them with swords drawn. Gambit pulled out a couple of playing cards and charged them with as much kinetic energy as he could pour into the material, willing to take out this man as quick as possible if he proved to be uncooperative.

Just as he was about to finish his statement, an explosion of noise came from behind the series of soldiers, blood splattering all over the walls, ceiling, and hallway as bodies fell into corpses. From behind them, a red and black blur leapt over the first victim, only to turn and blast the rest of them. All the soldiers were caught entirely off guard and were easily dispatched with a series of discharges of the guns in his hands.

As the last body fell, the black and red clad figure whirled around, tossing his two guns aside. His arms leapt up and gripped the hilts of two swords strapped to his back, unsheathing them in with serpent-like speed. Blood splattered all over the person's body, coating him in the warm remnants of his victims.

"No tickets," the man said.

Cain, caught dumbfounded and silent, took a moment to figure out what exactly just happened. He was just about to trample the wall of soldiers but instead this person in a goofy looking mask shows up and blows the whole moment apart.

Listening to Tom through the metal dome of his helm, he nodded, a motion that went unseen by everyone who could not peer through the portholes of his helm. "Right. Get out of our way or you're track-kill," the giant growled, his fist curling tighter. Lumbering, the colossal Juggernaut made his way towards the opening created by the stranger with swords, uncaring and perhaps unaware as to the dangers he was approaching.

Buford didn't know about explosions or red-masked mercenaries or the smooth talk of the Irishman. He was stuck in his own little oblivious world, parallel to the tracks of the train. All he knew was that the Toad was successful in getting the Big Pig back onto the correct track. Good for the little freak. Mind you, Buford didn't think Toad was a freak for his mutation. No, Toad was freaky for different reasons all together.

This was the part Buford was most worried about. He had to dock his precious truck onto the front of a moving train. It required Razorback to slow down and then match up perfectly his velocity with the train. A slightest error would crumple the trailer of the Big Pig like a tin can, along with Dazzler who was stuck in the trailer.

No problem, though. Buford's power allowed him to dock with the train without so much of a ping of the metal hitting each other. He set the Big Pig's autopilot, though really, all he needed was cruise control since they were on a track. Still, better safe the sorry. The Big Pig would only leave when Buford was back in the driver's seat. This way, some punk like Gambit couldn't leave the group behind and deliver this to Magneto by himself. Ever since Primal ripped apart Gambit after Wolf's Head, Razorback didn't trust that Canjun Cocksucker.

Team B's job, clearing the front of train didn't require them to kill all the passengers, so Buford packed on as much non-lethal ordinance as he could. Pig's Head, dialed down into the taser-level of strength, his brown-note emitter, and the air-rifle, which would shot pockets of air into the target's ears, giving them extreme vertigo. Plus, his handy flechette gun, in case he did need to kill a few people. Probably unnecessary. Juggernaut was gonna kill enough for the two of them.

"Ready, Dazzler?" Buford squeezed himself through the special door from the tractor to the trailer, "Time for us to go spill some juice."

He pressed a button on the wall of the trailer. A large blunt object swung from the ceiling, smashing through the front window of the train. "Let's roll."

Before the Juggernaut could finish this guy, a man in red and black appeared and took care of their soldier problem. Was he friend or foe? “…No tickets,” he said. Who was this guy, Camera kept wondering. A brow raised. Tom spoke to him first, then Cain.

The blonde just stood to the side. All this talking they were going to run late. The plan was tightly knitted together, no room for error or fooling around, as much fun as that was. They had little time to screw around.

She didn’t like the feel of this. Why was the red and black costumed character there? What was his mission? Camera didn’t know what to make of him. It was harder to figure out with that mask covering his face. Who was this guy? So many questions, ones that couldn’t be answered by thinking it. Cain started to move for the man. She had a feeling in the pit of her stomach, a weird feeling.

The blonde couldn’t figure why she was having such a feeling, it was just one man. One man, against four mutants, Cain alone could probably take care of him. Plus those swords of his wouldn’t do any harm to the Unstoppable Juggernaut. Everyone could hold their own, there was not ‘if not’ situation. They were mutant terrorist, not some flimsy, feeble batch of homo sapiens.

“Don’t know what you’re after, friend, but we’ve got business to take care of. Tight schedule, you see. Got a little parcel to pick up and we’ll be on our way,” said one of the mutants with a distinct Irish accent.

"Right. Get out of our way or you're track-kill," the biggest mutant of the group added as he began advancing on the merc.

“Track-kill,” the merc inquired almost as if he didn't realize the leviathan was advancing on him, “Ohh... he finally said as a look of mock enlightenment slowly swept over his masked face. “I get it... because we're on a train and there's tracks and... you took road kill and turned it into something that'll fit for this situation. That's so cute!”

With the word cute, Deadpool launched himself in the air with lightning speed, landing on the unstoppable mutant's helm with his hands as he paused in mid-leapfrog for a split second before pushing himself over the maroon plate and landing behind the mutant. “Jerry Buckhiemer, eat your heart out,” he shouted as his feet hit the floor; the front of the big man's helm erupted in a small fireball as the C-4 he had stuck on the helmet detonated. “You know... I think I know why you mutants have such a PR problem.” He immediately went into a crouch, his left leg sweeping at the blonde's legs with lightning speed in an attempt to put her on her back. It's a merc rule... no killing hot blondes. They may sleep with you if you kill all their friends and they got nowhere else to go.

“If you kill army grunts, steal government property, wreck trains, and blow up innocent people... you've got the rednecks hating you cause 'yer killin our boys', the suits hating you for stealing their toys, the boys on wall-street hating you for wrecking their economy...”

Without waiting for the results he rolled away from the living behemoth directly behind him and landed almost directly in front of the Irish man who was next for a bit of red-and-black pay-by-the-hour punishment. Coming out of his roll just out of reach of the Irishman, Wade threw something yellow directly at his face as a distraction before bringing both his swords to bear on top of his opponent – a copy of “Not Being a Maniacal Asshole in an Attempt to Make Friends for Dummies”. “Here... I found it a little pretentious, but maybe it'll help make people love you.”

"Track-kill. Ohh... I get it... because we're on a train and there's tracks and... you took road kill and turned it into something that'll fit for this situation. That's so cute!" the masked man said, almost dumbfounded at what Cain had thought up.

"No shit," he grunted as he continued towards the man. Even though what he said about track-kill was utterly lame, this guy was astonishingly dumb by the looks of him. Seriously, who wears that stuff anymore? The guy looke like a red pac-man with two black eyes and no mouth. Jesus, why was some this sort of dumbass on this train?

Moving forward, he blinked as the man purposely launched himself in the air, landing on Cain's helmet with an unusual grace. He felt the weight of the man's body push down on his helmet, but Juggernaut's momentum did not stop. Instead he continued, unable to see the man as he flipped over to his back. Cain couldn't see the man any more and, in all natural due cause, had no idea where the stranger went. Assuming that he just landed behind him, the other members of the Brotherhood would be able to deal with the stranger with the swords. In the meantime, Cain would continue on to get the package they were supposed to gather and --

EXPLODE?!

Cain felt the sudden hot burst of energy radiate through his metal helm, his body swaying only slightly from its course towards the package. The explosion was not a massive one, but it was large enough to send debris and trash into the air. Cain could see a firey-light outside the edge of his helm's porthole. After the explosion, Cain was unfeigned. The explosion was not powerful enough to make Cain stop or fully adjust his course. Due to his natural resistance to damage, Cain came out of the explosion completely unharmed. Picking up his original direction, he continued, leaving the stranger with the rest of his companions.

This guy was quick, too quick for Camera to react. The man in red and black knocked her feet from the floor. Slamming to the ground making a 'thunk' the blonde groaned for a moment. Looking up to see Cain about to barrel forward and the new stranger throwing a yellow book at Black Tom. Maybe if she was quick enough, surely the red and black costumed man couldn’t see her coming.

She reached for a blunt object that was near her as she stood. As quick as she could, her plan was to bash his head in. Little she would know, or soon find out, he was different. Camera would not be able to copy his move or fight him efficiently. For Deadpool was an unpredictable fighter. One the blonde couldn’t mimic. There was very few on the whole planet that she can’t, but very rarely would she ever get the chance to fight one of those individuals. Tonight was one of those nights.

But whether the blow would land or not all of them would soon find out just how different Wade Wilson really was. After all; how often does one come across a regenerating, unpredictable, merc with a mouth that never stops?

Dazzler

After everyone had filed out Dazzler was left alone in the trailer. The only thing accompanying her was the various road sounds that echoed through the metal trailer. The wait seemed like an eternity before there was any sign of progress. She could tell something happening by loud banging and clanging of metal on metal, but she was blind to the outside world without a window. She was getting a little antsy when all the sudden a door opened at the front and Razorback said “Ready, Dazzler? Time for us to go spill some juice."

Razorback was probably just making small talk which really did nothing to help settle Dazzler. This was her first real mission with the Brotherhood and she was determined not to disappoint them. They were to charge in and take control of the passenger cars; easier said than done. They were practically charging in blindly, and there was no telling what a panicked person was capable of. However, Toad, Razorback, and she shouldn’t have too much trouble making the passengers see things their way… one way or another. “Let’s roll,” Razorback said pressing a button that shot out something to blast through a window.

“What a gentleman.” Dazzler said, “Now if you die I might actually have someone haul your ass back here.”

Stepping in front of Razorback she extended her left hand and created a light walkway for them to cross over to the train. She added a railing for stability. Once across she created a shield to protect her and Razorback incase of gunfire. “No funny business and this will all go smoo…” she started but was interrupted by bullets hitting her shield. “I wish you hadn’t done that,” she added firing a blast at a guard’s neck.

Blood immediately spewed and ran over his hands as he clutched his neck in a futile attempt to live. His mouth moved similar to a fish gasping for air, but only gurgled. “This way is good too!” Dazzler announced.

The red and black spandex clad stranger was very quick. He was much quicker than Thomas had anticipated. That was another mutation that Tom despised, enhanced agility. Psychics were the top of his hatred list and enhanced agility was probably a close second. It may have been due to the fact that Tom was getting up in years. Nothing wrong with that, he was in the best health of his life (save for his smoking habit) and he’d been more prosperous in his business dealings than he’d ever been. There were plenty of men who got better with age. Tom just wasn’t as quick as he used to be; no getting around that fact.

The stranger leaped over Juggernaut and planted an explosive on his helmet. He landed and dealt a blow or two to Camera and then in a flutter of yellow threw something at Tom. It was a book and it was to serve as a distraction. Tom wanted to say something along the lines of “I’ll wait for the movie,” but the mercenary’s distraction worked. Tom threw up his hands to protect himself. The book hit his hand but he kept the grip on the pistol. The mercenary was on him in a flash. There was a glint of silver. He had brought about two swords to fight in the fray. Swords? Who used swords these days? With a clunk and thump the front portion of the pistol and a third of the Irishman’s shillelagh fell to the floor. “Fuck me,” Tom swore.

The pilfered pistol was now useless. The wooden staff however, was still a weapon. Tom focused his power through the staff and took a fall backwards in an effort to take shelter behind some of debris left by Cain to escape the talkative maniac in his face.

As soon as the stranger leapt over his massive companion, Remy sent his charged cards flying directly at the black and red clad man although both missed. Gambit had never seen someone move quite this fast before, and he considered himself well-traveled, getting into scrapes with more than a few superpowered individuals. His movements were so erratic and unpredictable that it was almost impossible for Gambit to anticipate the man's moves; his banter didn't help matters either... and who the hell carried a self-help book to a fight and actually used it?

Gambit's black and red eyes widened as he saw the two blades flash, both of them soaring for Tom's head; he brandished two more cards and sent them flying at the stranger, but it was too late. The pair of katana sliced at Tom like a pair of huge scissors; fortunately, the Irishman still had some spry in him for his age and managed to back up just enough to keep his head, instead losing half the barrel of his pilfered gun and some of his wooden stick. Following his own two cards into the battle, he pulled out his staff and extended it to full length. Remy usually preferred clean, one-on-one fights, but this was neither the time or place for such considerations; three of them should be able to take out one opponent, leaving Cain to get to get their stuff.

Wade missed beheading the man in front of him by mere inches, but his twin katana still managed to find prey – a 9mm handgun and a shillelagh.

Of course I didn't kill Irish here... he's a PC, and everyone knows killing a PC is a big no-no in RP, and I killed all the army guys already, so it looks like I'm SOL without an NPC. However... beating them unconscious is still acceptable, and they go down like flies too, so this really shouldn't be that hard.

Two glowing objects moving directly at him caught his peripheral vision just in time for Wade to bend over backward like that lame actor in the Matrix movies and watch as a seven of spades and a Jack of clubs soared inches over his face.

Pink? This guy's mutant ability is to throw glowing pink playing cards at me? That has to be the fruitiest power I've ever come across... and I've fought Squirrel Girl.

Deadpool saw it coming just in time to cock his head to the side as the business end of a chair arm crashed into the floor beside him – hottie was pissed. “Eh... wanna get a cappuccino and have sex,” Wade said as he righted himself back up into his original crouch, which turned out to be a huge mistake. His face took the full force of a beam of energy, shattering every bone in his face and making him a lot uglier than he already was. Ow...

And then there was blackness and Wade was once again hunting in a meadow of lollipops with Chuck Norris, blowing the heads off of Carebears and Smurfs.

The Unstoppable Juggernaut continued, coincidently abandoning his team-mates for a short while as he moved, quite literally, through the train cars until he finally crashed through the metallic skeleton of cart 13. The cart they were supposed to be raiding, he almost continued through this one as well. It was good that he was aware of his mission, otherwise he would've lost control of himself and kept going until he ran through the Big Pig at the front of this iron snake. Standing atop a thin layer of rubble, Cain looked around. Boxes. Crates. Whatever you want to call them. Casting a glance downwards, he quickly shifted his weight.

"Shit; sorry, didn't mean to step on ya," he grunted, lifting a heavy boot from the last line of defense on the train to the highly important cargo. With a pleased grin, the titanic mutant stepped over what could now be assumed was a carcass. Carefully, almost tip-toe style, he eased his way through the boxes to the largest crate. It was massive and supposedly contained Sentinel technologies. It might be important later, but for now Cain had to get movin' with it. Behind him, he heard explosive blasts from Gambit and Black Tom's mutations being set off -- that guy in the funny mask was probably dead now. Kinda' disappointing. It would've been nice to punch the guy full-on in the face.

Quickly searching and finding, Can went to work with sevearl sets of straps and worked them around the crate and soon bound them to his own body. Strapped to his back, the large cargo box of Sentinel-grade technologies was now like a little basket on his giant girth. Oh yeah, pic'nic time. With a slow turn backwards Cain shouted, urging his team on "Let's go! I got the crate! Get the little ones and we're outta here!"

Back to the front of the train he turned, his momentum increasing. The train began to rock with his continuing momentum, walls falling to his might. The mission was almost over now.
