Ok... so I spent some time drawing up some basic floor plans to give you guys an idea of where things are, how the cells are set up... so-on. Much of these plans are based off the prison my dad used to work at as Emergency division, so it's safe to say that this is pretty realistic. Pardon the shittiness of the pic. I drew it out and then took a picture of it on my camera. Viola!

This is the main floor of the prison area where the prisoners will spend most of their time.

Control Room - Self explanatory... it's where the master controls for the entire floor are. All surveillance for each cell block gets sent there. Cameras and doors leading to the grounds, showers, and all blocks can be controlled from here. There is also a cache of crowd control weaponry in here (i.e. tranqs, restraints, jackets, air rifles and ammo)

ERT - Emergency Response Team. These are the boys on duty specifically trained to deal with out of control situations. The room is where they are stationed until called for and has computers, workout equipment, television, etc to keep the men occupied until duty calls.

Grounds - Where a lot of the trouble happens. This is where the prisoners are let out to burn off the energy that builds up from having nothing to do with their time while stuck in those tiny cells. The area is quite expansive; there are a couple of basketball courts, tables, workout equipment, etc. The guards must be asked for balls, cards, etc and they are normally granted to those only on good behavior.

Cell blocks A, B, and C - Your basic cells equipped specifically for men they have access to two showers.

Cell block D - Specified for women prisoners only. They have access to their own shower.

Cell block E - For those with mental problems; half the cells are padded and the inmates are given paper clothing instead of cloth to prevent hangings. The control station has two doctors and a psychologist stationed with the guards 24 hours a day.

Cell block F - This is solitary. Unlike the others, there is little to no light in these cells and the food is brought to the prisoners directly. Inmates are assigned these rooms for usually between one week to a month, depending on the violation that got them there.

Showers - Not much to say about these, and every soap joke has been overdone.

Cafeteria, Laundry, Examination rooms, Infirmary, and Processing are all on other floors. The floor above that contains the living quarters for the guards and their own facilities. The top surface of the CAGE is very much like a helicarrier with surface for aircraft to land on and hangars for repairs and storage.

Next up is the actual cells themselves.

Count 'em up... there's 25 cell blocks... what you can't tell from the bird's eye view though is that there's another stack of them sitting on top of the first... there's your 50. Multiply that by 6 and you got 300 inmates sleeping on cozy cots and eating free food. Go America!

Anyway... it's pretty straight forward. The stations in the center hold the controls for the opening and closing of doors, lights, etc. They also give the guards a place to monitor the prisoners from cameras and audio as well as hold other equipment they'll need.

And last but not least, we have the front view of both levels of cells. It's a shitty drawing, but this was my last and it's nearing 4 am so I really couldn't care less.

Each room has a cot attached to the wall with a drawer underneath to put an extra set or two of prison clothes, underwear, toothbrush, books, etc. That's what's on the right. The thing on the left represents a toilet. There's a sink beside it, but I didn't want to draw that in cause it would get confusing. Anyway the front wall that you're looking through is made with an extremely durable clear polymer so that absolutely nothing can be hidden from the guards (sucks to be in prison).

I have six cells on view... three on the top and three on the bottom. That business to the very right is a side view of the cells. It shows the walkway that runs across the floor in front of the level 2 cells so that the prisoners don't fall out of their doors when they're opened.

Let me know if I need to explain or clarify something.
