Date : June 19th 2009 Time : 7:00pm Location : CAGE Medical Lab Status : Closed to all but Rage After his first visit with group Alpha 5. James was feeling a bit of hope. The one who was called Rage. Had powers that could be very useful. Maybe not to what the US government was employing him for. But for his own scientific endeavors. Her powers intrigued him. If he could find away to harness her genes and use them in his own toxins. They could make for quite the weapon. An overdose of rage could kill a man... He glanced at his watch and quickly typed a few keys on hi keyboard. Running a loop into the med bay cameras. He wasn't in the mood to be watched tonight. He had business to discuss. He needed privacy to properly get to know the subject named Rage. The prison had rules about names and numbers and such things. But James had enough numbers to keep track of in his own work. And he was never one for the rules anyway. He was 103...could they really know better then him? He thought not. Tonight would prove to be a good night. Or so James hoped. It had been a long time since he had been inspired to work on a new toxin. And his mind was over flowing with ideas. A rage toxin... He sat at his desk lost in his thoughts. He couldn't do anything yet. He had to wait for the guards to bring the subject up. They were slow... he made a note to talk to Trask about brining in his own men. They were much more effective and understood the need for promptness when dealing with Science. |

The guards ushered her along. Tina followed along, they were taking her to see the doctor. But that meeting was in the past. The guards were talking as if she wasn't there. Like an insignificant speck. Which was the only reason why she knew. Apparently she was being brought back for more tests. Joy. They arrived where the doctor was and the guards promptly unshackled her. One of which said something in an almost inaudible tone before leaving the hazel eyed girl alone with the doctor. For a moment she stood and stared around the room then at the doctor. She wondered what these tests were going to involve. In a flat tone she spoke, “Doctor.” She wasn't to thrilled of being there, or a CAGE in general. She wanted to leave. Tina just wanted to go back out and eat some dinner and wait with the Sayan's until it was time to go back to there cells. Life was getting to be too routine within the CAGE. The Rage Bringer wondered from time to time when they did break out, she would even remember how to live outside of the prison walls. Pushing thoughts like that to the back of her mind she directed her eyes and focus back to the doctor. And wanted to get this whole meeting over with. |

James smiled at her. She was clearly not happy to be there and he could understand that. It was never fun to lose the little bit of free time one had to visit the Doctor. He pushed one of the empty leather desk chairs towards it. “Have a seat. No need to stand and be tense. Besides not like I am out to hurt you. I'm a mutant just like you and I'm not in the business of genocide of my own people.” Which was partly true. He didn't like to kill mutants. But sometimes...things went bad. But that would not be the case with this subject. His plans for her were all in her blood and not what could be done with her body. “Your powers fascinate me...” He paused for a moment glancing at her file. “...Tina. Your talents could be of great use to many in the world of science. The doors that could be opened are endless. But I doubt that is of any interest to you. What maybe of interest to you is a chance to use those powers of your's without a null cuff so I can see them in action first hand.” James smirked softly as he spoke. He knew what he was offering was like candy to a little kid. He stood up and walked over to one of the cages full of mice. “Of course Tina. I do this you need to promise to be a good girl. I'll even let you pick the gurd you would like to play with so I can see how this works. Just no killing...and if you get any ideas...” He before he says anything he lifts up one of the mice. And injects it with a greenish serum. The mouse lets out a loud screech and then starts to shake as James places him on the counter. The eyes and nose bleed. As the flesh softly melts away from the body. The green acid compound eating it's way out. Till there is no more flesh left to it and it fizzles out into a small puddle. “I'd hate to have to shoot you...” He says with a frown as he pushed a clip of darts into one of his guns and a different clip into the other. “So tell me Tina. Would you like to help me? And all of mutant kind? Or do you want to go back to your little cell and spend more time with the guards who love you so much...I'm the only friend you have outside of those cells Tina. And I want to help you. But you just have to help me.” He grins as he offers his hand out. His deal on the table for her. |

He instructed her to sit on the chair. Which she did. The doctor prattled off the same speech as before. Almost as if the hazel eyed girl had hit the rewind button and played it to the same spot. He went on about her powers. All the while she remained seated and silence. Reading the Rage Bringer's birth name from a chart like any other doctor. Her powers could have been beneficial to science, but then he told her something that made her focus with interest on him. Her powers? Released? Would he really be that stupid? She stared at him in disbelief as he walked to the mice. In the few short sentences he spoke she thought of a million ways to use her abilities. The possibilities were delightfully endless. He spoke his catch, no killing. No fun. She looked at him to see what he would do if she didn't comply. A green liquid was shot into the mice. Tina looked at the poor rodent as it screeched. The convulsions and bleeding that emitted from the creature created goosebumps along her arms. Mesmerized by what was happening, but not enjoying it. Soon all that was left was the green liquid and a fizzing puddle. The doctor told her what he would have hated to do. Her hazel eyes stared blankly at the small green puddle. Ah, so the doctor could be cruel. Violence with humans against humans was funny. Mutant against mutant; a shame, but entertaining. Especially when it was her doing to such violence. But this was cruelty. Her power increased a persons' anger and rage. Perhaps it was hypocritical. But something about, whatever the green liquid was, it was unsettling. He asked if she would help. Help or return to her cell. Tina looked back up at the doctor. “I can pick any guard?” She shook his hand. Partially hating him for the ultimatum he delivered. But the thought of using her powers, even if it was for one night, or his 'tests' and picking a guard to use it on, was a lovely thought. “I should warn you though. I can control the level of rage but some have let it go to their heads. Pacifist could turn into homicidal maniacs.” After lowering her hand the Rage Bringer and felt as though the null cuff suddenly felt tight and uncomfortable. The thought of getting it off and having just a moment of freedom. Freedom. The very sound of it to be offered right then, was too much of a good deal to pass up. Perhaps it was too good of a deal. |

He smiled. She was perfect. She just might be the key to he's new toys. If he could duplicate her powers in dart it would be a major breakthrough. Proof to what he thought you could use mutants powers without their bodies. He figured not all of them would work apart from a body but some...some could be used and hers just might be one of them. The ideas were endless. She very well could be his Rosetta stone. “I can pick any guard?” He nodded his head softly. “Yes Tina. Any guard you like. And I do hope you pick one you hate...I mean I would hate for you to hold back and mess up my test results...after all I am sure you would like to see them in all the pain they have caused you.” He reached into his pocket and pulled out small key card and twirled it in between his fingers. It was the key to her null cuffs. He held her freedom in the palm of his hand a smirk on his lips. He enjoyed the games of power. Granted he would prefer to just have full control and explore at all times but the games were needed to allow him access to the things that truly excited him....and he had a feeling she was going to give him something very exciting to think about. He was pretty sure he had put it all on a silver platter. A chance to get back at one of the guards. The nameless faceless monsters that kept them all in line. Lucky for James no one paid much mind to the guards one here or there would not be a big deal or at least he hoped they would not be. “So poppet do we have ourselves a deal?' |

He told her she could pick any guard. He hoped it was one she hated. While all of them were not on her better side, there was one she had in mind. She gave a small smile to the thought of which guard. The deal, it still seemed too good. Too good to pass up. He took out a small card and fiddled with it. The doctor smiled as he played with the key that could free her. Even if he freed her, the Rage bringer couldn't possibly escape on her own. Or deviate from the plan. Magneto would come, her freedom her true freedom would have to wait. Still, it would help to indulge herself in a bit of fun. After he asked if they had a deal she stared at him. A moment of silence passed between the two. “Deal.” She was willing to take whatever risk his experiment offered. Her hazel eyes pierced at him, she wanted freedom, and she wanted to use her powers on a guard. “Guard McNeil. He's usually in the womens' ward for last night check and there to oversee the morning check for breakfast. I want him for your... 'experiment'.” There was eagerness and determination in her voice. It was then that something struck her mind. Something that almost made her consider reneging and not following through with the deal. The fumes from the mouse didn't stray. But her curiosity wouldn't let her question go. “Although.... Doctor. What's to stop the guard from swinging a baton to my own head when we're done here?” The guard she had asked for had history. He had murdered her cell mate. And made life in the CAGE additionally more difficult. She had been to solitary often because days where he would get annoyed, and take it out on her. Once she would be free from solitary he would wait just a moment to long before returning her clothes. Not to get a look for himself, by his nature she was just another filthy mutant. It was to keep her standing naked and under him. Like the dirt he thought she was. It was to embarrass the Rage Bringer. She stowed it away until she could strike back, until Magneto would come to free the prisoners. Still to agitate things further was less then favorable. “When I leave this room I won't have my powers, and whatever I do to him... will be paid back to me ten fold.” There was doubt flowing into the tone of her voice. It was unsettling. |

He smiled at her. She was torn. Her fears were well placed the guards in this place were far from civil creatures. Partly why he kept a small staff of his lab techs with them. They were far more useful then the average brute that this place hired. He softly rested his hand on her shoulder and smiled at her. Putting on his bed side manner that he rarely used anymore. When you tend out live people you don't worry about how they think of you so much. He thought his words over carefully. “Tina my dear. As I told you I am as much a prisoner here as you are. And I take no joy in how these vermin treat my kind.” He walked over to his desk and shuffled through some folders and pulled up one for the guard she mentioned and ripped out his last medical review and tossed it in the garbage. He pulled something up on his computer and printed it out putting it into the folder and softly cleared his throat. “Agent McNeil. Suffered from an overdose of LSD. He was set to have a random drug test with me at 7:00pm before his night watch was to start. He was found in the locker room dead with a needle in his arm when I arrived for the drug test. In my professional opinion he was an active user. And should be looked at for dishonorable discharge.” He smiled at Tina. He hoped she would catch the beauty of what he was saying. But if he had to spell it out for her would. But that would so take away from all the fun. And the abstract brilliance of it. The government hired him to make mutant killing machines based off there gene structures. And he was using there money to find ways to kill humans as well as mutants. Simple minded military. He scuffed at them and vowed they would learn that to cross science is to suffer. Science made and controlled all and he would show it to them all. |

The doctor placed his hand on her shoulder. Reminding her that he was a prisoner also. She took in a deep breath. Watching him walk over and do something with a file. She watched him carefully as he ripped out a piece of paper and printed out a new one. As he read it, it felt as though lightening had struck. Realization hit. He was going to forge records, making Guard McNeil's death that night. By her hand. A small smirk grew into a smile. Looking over at the doctor, she couldn't help but think that someone who offered so much for a simple task of using her powers could possibly be trusted. Rage found herself trusting him. “I understand Doctor. Thank you. I'm ready to start the test.” She held her own hands steady to keep them from shaking with excitement. The mouse situation was no longer a worry. She would unload everything she had into the guard. All she could. The Rage Bringer had helped put down a snitch by inflicting her rage on him, he melted. The hazel eyed girl wondered how much she could inflict on a human before they bursted. She had never taken it that far and was starting to get curious about that herself. |

He smiled happy to here she was going to help. If he could figure out how she worked and maybe “borrow” a few of her genes he could try and synthesis a weapon based off them. The applications of such a toxin were limitless from military...to well that was about it. But still to be able to overdose people on rage or hype soldiers up on it seemed like an area shield might be interested in...if it was a breakthrough worth sharing. He grabbed a few medical pads and attached them to her temples. They had wires that an to a machine that would monitor her. He made a quick call to one of his lab techs he brought with him from Wonderland and had them bring the guard she asked for. He came in tranqed seeing as most guards don't willing volunteer for such things. The man was strapped down to a chair and injected with a drug to wake him up. As he came to he looked less then happy to be where he was. But he was still a bit groggy and hadn't put everything together yet. James walked over to Tina and smiled at her as he swiped the card over her cuffs and took them off her. He placed them on the table and backed away flicking on a few machines. His eyes softly flickered blue as he activated his powers looking past the skin of both of them to see there genes. He wanted to watch this show on a microscopic level that only he could see. “When ever you like Tina you may start...but I would like you to start off easy I want to fully gage how magnificent your powers are.” Praise sometimes talked people into working at his speed. But he had a feeling he might have to use more back handed methods to fully get her to do it as it would need to be done for him to map out all he needed. The guards eyes were wide as he looked at them both. “You pieces of mutie shit! When I get out of her your going in the pen with the rest of your rat kin!” James sighed softly as he watched the man pull at the restraints. He was so simple minded. He lacked the mental ability to see how amazing this all was. What a rare chance it was for him to see, document and try to create new life and weapons based off mutant powers. It was a gold mine for science and all this poor weak minded fool saw were things to hate. He lacked vision to see the true beauty that ran beneath the skin of the inmates of CAGE. |

JP BETWEEN RAGE AND DR. BRADLEY The doctor had placed some sort of small pad on her temple. Her eyes followed the chords to a machine, she halfway wondered if it was something to put her down if things went to far. Her thought process was disrupted when the guard she wanted for the project was brought in. Seeing him so weak and groggy was to say the least, pleasing. He administered something which made the guard start to around. He swiped the card over the null cuffs, and the feeling she felt was absolute relief. The Rage Bringer felt as though her blood was moving properly, her whole body felt as though their was a strain that was just released. She felt like she could breathe properly once again. Then the doctor spoke, take it easy he told her. What did he think? She would pull a power muscle? Screw that, she was going to make the guard suffer as quickly as she could. Tina was about to start when the weak, and restrained, human guard McNeil spoke big words. The hazel eyed girl chuckled, “Rat kin? Try superior race, Sapien.” She unleashed her power onto him, fixing her eyes dead on him and remaining motionless. Her vision red and misty. His anger would rise. The Rage Bringer didn't let up or keep to a slow pace. She didn't care what he was screaming angrily about, soon his veins would bulge, his face would be flushed and if he were loose, he's be manic. Inside she was smiling. He smiled as the computers buzzed and beeped. The rate in which she raising his adrenaline glands was insane. It was like watching a man OD on speed or some other drug of the sort. But to watch it on the atomic level was pure joy for James. His body was screaming as loud as his mouth was. But if this was to keep going his body would shut down. Far to soon before he got a good read. And as exciting as this was he would save the true tests of her speed for a future session with her. He spoke cool and even. In a tone much like a caring parent would wanting to help a child do better at school or encourage them to prove to the world how amazing they were. “Tina. Why do you still give him what he wants? He is begging for a quick death. Do you really want to give in? Give him the chance to in even death say he controlled you. You are so much more...so much better. Bring him down some. Lets make the the maggot squirm and praise you for the Goddess amongst mortals that you are. That is the place of mutants like us is it not?” As the power flowed Rage heard the doctor's voice. Truthfully she hoped he wouldn't step in her line of sight. That would have been bad news for all of them in the room. But despite that, he was right. One hundred percent correct. He needed to suffer, and beg. Slowly she went down from her powers, pulling back. The mist and red cleared more and more. The guards' anger would linger. Her red eyes, that would only appear when her powers were in use, were slowly becoming hazel once again. Maybe if she kept at it enough. Raising his heart rate in anger and it lowering down perhaps she could make his heart explode. An entertaining thought, but having never tried it before or even attempting such a thing she dismissed the thought. She gave a deep exhale when she fully came down from her powers. Tina smiled, genuinely and relatively wide. The guard kept shouting at the doctor, before it was about the situation he was in. Being a guard for a scum race. As she was pulling back on her power it was shouting directed to the doctor. Once her powers were fully retracted he focused the remaining rage on her. The Rage Bringer let the monitors quiet down before speaking, “Doctor... make sure not to get in my line of sight. Forgot to tell you that earlier.” She lowered her smile to a smirk and gave him a quick glance. Focusing her gaze back on to the guard she started up her power yet again. This time going at it much slower. Any one passing by would categorize his level of anger to road rage. He smiled and nodded his head acknowledging her warning. She was so much more civil then the turk...and much more pleasant to be around. He was just an asshole. He made a few quick notes as he looked over at the guard who was yelling more. Was a shame the man really was an idiot. But he supposed that was what happens when your not good enough to be an agent and only make it to the status of guard. Or was it Cameron Hodges bitch? He wasn't fully sure which this man would be. But either way the man had no value. His eyes flicked blue as his powers reactivated looking at the mans atomic structure. Watching him as things changed and accelerated. The levels of norepinephrine were escalating as Tina pushed and pulled at the man. His heart rate going up. It was clear she could bring them up and down. He wondered if she could bore a person to death by doing the reverse with her powers. He would have to look into that in the future. As she slowly brought him James had a wicked idea. A fun little game for Tina... “Tina I have an idea...a challenge for you. I'm going to inject are friend here with one of my toxins. One that would normally kill a man in 24 or so hours. I'm curious if you can accelerate his heart fast enough to spread it through the body and kill him sooner.” He grinned he had a feeling she would enjoy the challenge. And enjoy the pain it would cause. The toxin more or less super heated the acid in the stomach used to break down food and dries out the stomach lining that protects humans. Allowing a person's body to literally eat itself over the course of a day or so. She couldn't answer his question while she was using her powers. But the idea he had was all too good to pass up. Tina pulled back from her powers, she didn't want even a little bit of her power to affect him. Once she was fully down from her powers she waited for him to administer his toxin and move out of the way again. Simply saying, “Okay.” He smiled at her and pulled a vile off his desk and walked towards the guard a grin on his face. As he stood over the cursing man. He still did not understand the great role he was playing in science. He softly cracked his neck drawing it all out as the man spat and cursed. “I'd use a new needle but...lets face your going to die before you could get an infection so I'll just use this one from a mutant earlier. You won't mind a little mutant blood getting mixed with yours will you?” Was more of a statement then a question as picked up the bloody used needle and filled it. He pressed it to the mans skin and injected it all into him as he flipped out pulling at the restraints as hard as he could wanting to kill someone. The idea of a needle being used on a mutant then him seemed to give him a second wind to try and break free and kill the two of them. James chuckled and moved back towards Tina. “Now shall we see how fast you can make him a puddle? If I'm right about your powers. You plus my toxins are a very...very....beautiful couple.” Tina with held a chuckle as the doctor used a needle, previously used on a mutant, on the guard. He cursed and shouted and threatened. The doctor spoke to her again. She waited until he was out of her eyesight, but once he was she unleashed the full blow of her power on Agent McNeil, the murderer of her cell mate and the prick that made her life a living hell for witnessing his crime |

The mans eyes widened as his heart rate flew through the roof. She was really letting lose on him. The moment was pure ecstasy for James. This was an amazing feat at least to him. With the heart pumping so fast the toxin was spreading through at a rate beyond what he had anticipated. He hoped the mans heart would hold out long enough for the real show to start. The small tracers that were in the toxin for the computers to monitor were burned away due to the rapid acceleration of the acid in the stomach. It was eating away at the man on the inside and his body was screaming in pain at all levels. Slowly the acid worked it's way out of the stomach and pushed it's way towards the outer skin lining. Softly causing the mans outer skin to boil and melt. Slowly it ruptured and he screamed in pain as the acid softly leaked out through his shirt burning a trail as it dripped over his skin. James eyes were wide in amazement. If he could figure out how to use her genes in the toxin to speed up the blood flow like this. He would have a dart in his arsenal that even the strongest of men couldn't scuff at. “Amazing” He softly placed his hand on Tina's shoulder as the man was dead. His heart stopped. The adrenaline was to much for his body and beat the acid to killing though dieing by acid is a slow death anyway. He quickly took a few more readings from both of them and jotted a few notes down. This was sheer perfection. If he could collect and duplicate her genes he could make any toxin work at double to triple the speed it normally takes. The ideas in his head were endless. “Wonderful job. You my dear are an amazing specimen.” It sounded like a put down. But he meant it as a compliment. He had been so caught up in his work in life he sometimes forgets how to interact with people. And this was one of those times he just said the first thing that came to his mind before thinking about it. And once it was said he never gave it a second thought. |

The screams of the man echoed, sweetly in her ears. He deserved this so much. She stared, keeping her focus as he started to melt. Once his screaming came to a gurgle, she pulled back from her powers. Her powers were fully retracted when she felt the hand on her shoulder. He called her a specimen. The Rage Bringer was called something worthy to be looked under a microscope or behind a cage. It wasn't too far of a stretch. But it didn't mean she appreciated it at all. “Specimen?” She felt her own heart start to pound just a little bit more hard. She took in a deep breath to calm herself. He had done a lot for her in the short time she was there. “As long as you don't dissect me, Doctor.” The small tone of sarcasm outlined her words. Perhaps it was noticeable that her good mood had changed. Tina was already a freak, an animal, a thing, a spec on the CAGE glass, so many things. Now she could add specimen to the list. It wouldn't matter. Soon she would be cuffed again, and shoved to her tiny cell. Perhaps she would be 'lucky' enough to be in another PIT fight. Her jaw hurt terribly for weeks after her first fight. Either way, she'd be able to have such great dreams with what had happened to the guard. The Rage Bringer smiled inwardly. All in all, it was a good enough day. The Doctor had been placed a few pegs up on a list of people who would be tolerable and maybe trustworthy. Maybe. |

He chuckles softly and smiled at her. Dissect her. She was a naive little girl. She was much better to him in one piece then in pieces on the table. Sadly though everyone always thought he was in the business of butchering. Though outside of his most recent ventures he had done very little surgery or dismemberment at all. “My dear. I would never dream of destroying such a lovely girl as yourself. If I did that who will help me kill humans?” The question was more of a statement then anything. Meant as a joke almost to lighten the mode. He picked up the null cuffs a frown on his face as he offered them out to her. “Sadly my dear. These will have to go back on. At least for a bit. I'm sure if we can find time in your busy life for another session we can find a reason to remove them for you.” He sad with a grin as he snapped them in place. He moved towards his desk as two of the lab techs set to work of cleaning up the mess and escorting her back to her cell. He had much on his mind and many theories to play out and play with. This could be the start of something wonderful. Or he so hoped it was. |
