Her hair also is a mixture of feathers and human hair. She also bears the royal markings on her face around the eyes. CLOTHING STYLE: She wears clothing that easily distinguishes her from the common folk. Her style of dress is flashy and elegant and most of the time revealing. Cal’syee wears a jewel encrusted crest around her forehead. UNIFORM: Here POWERS GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Cal has been gifted with avian features in the form of feathers, wings and razor sharp claws. Her wings are located along the under part of her arms and grant her the power of flight. She also has hollow bones which allow her to stay in the air. Cal can fly at a maximum speed of 63 mph and continually fly for six hours straight before needing to rest. She can actually use her wings for battle since they are sharp spurs. Her wings can easily cut through flesh and some materials such as sheet metal. Cal’syee possesses a level of enhanced strength that lets her dish out a lot of punishment. She is capable of lifting 70 tons of weight. While there are plenty of mutants out there that can take a lot more punishment, Cal can withstand physical impact the equivalent of a semi truck going at fifty miles. Also once a day she is able to enter a berserk stage that almost doubles her powers and allows her to ignore all pain. Aside from her mutant abilities, Cal’syee is a superb hand-to-hand combatant and weapons expert. Her choice usual a javelin. WEAKNESS: While she is able to withstand much punishment, Cal’syee has a more difficult time dealing with energy based attacks. Her own arrogance and bloodlust can lead to her downfall. The woman can easily be goaded into a fight and further taunted which will either have her obliterate the opposition or lose her focus and make rookie mistakes in battle. Also when entering her berserk stage, she is almost like a mindless beast. This makes her much more dangerous, but also very sloppy. PERSONALITY To say that Cal is cruel is an understatement. Cal’syee is the type of woman that will do whatever is necessary to make sure that her goals are met. If there is a person between her and whatever it is she wants, you can be sure that she will do whatever is in her power to destroy them. Aggressive and violent, Cal thrives off of cruelty. She is self-indulgent and thinks only about herself first. Cal’syee enjoys the sight of others in pain especially when she is the one that cause it. She firmly believes that she was born to kill and her predatory appearance only proves so. This woman is also very manipulative. She likes to have others doing her bidding while promising them sweet nothings or orchestrating actions from afar. Honestly she acts no different toward her loving siblings. She puts up with them and deep down somewhat cares about them a small portion, but shall the opportunity arise nothing will stop her from ending their lives for her own gain. Cal is a woman born and bred for power. It is the one thing on this planet one can never have enough of. She wants to one day sit on the throne as ruler of Madripoor. Anything that can be done to push that agenda she will do. HISTORY: PRE-APOCALYPSE Cal’syee was born and raised in Madripoor. She was not a part of the lower class or the criminals. She was lucky enough to be born into the criminal empire known as the Shi’ar that ruled over the nation. As expected, growing up as the daughter of the “king and queen”, Cal’syee had everything handed to her on a silver platter. But she was always a greedy little something. No matter what she had, she always thought that more could be obtained. Her relationship with D’Ken, her older brother, was somewhat of a strained one due to him naturally being next in line for the throne. She wanted to be the one to rule over Madripoor, but that would never happen as long he was around. For a reason unknown to the girl, he was sent away for awhile and did not return until a tragedy hit the family. When Cal’syee was thirteen years old her mother passed away from illness. It did not take long for her father to replace her with one his consorts. Not only that, but she finally was introduced to Lilandra, a sister that she did not know anything about until the old bastard informed her. She did not know how D’Ken felt about the situation, but it pissed her off. Most of their father’s attention was placed on the third and youngest sibling adding more fuel to the fire while her stepmother favored D’Ken. The girls did not get along needless to say. This was evident during training sessions between them early on. Cal’syee would purposely try to injure the younger sibling even kill her and pass it off as an accident. The following year Cal’syee’s mutation manifested giving her a number of abilities and avian characteristics and also enhanced her already aggressive nature. She would use this new power to murder her father and step-mother as they slept soundly in their chambers in a blind berserker rage. D’Ken was the first one on the scene, his younger sister elbow deep in blood. She had killed them out of anger and frustration, Lilandra receiving better treatment, and most importantly… not being next in line for power over the family. When she came to her senses, Cal’syee was somewhat taken back by the level of viciousness. D’Ken was there to ensure her that everything would be alright and no one would come after her. He covered up the murder and placed her in a position of power under his new rule. For now, Cal’syee was satisfied. For years Cal’syee was educated and trained further by their uncle while her brother conducted the family business, even running into trouble in the form of a slave by the name of Christopher Summers. If it had been up to her she would have ripped the man’s heart out on day one. But D’Ken had to play his little games so she cleared her mind of it. When the young Kallark turned nine years old, she was appointed his trainer due to their similar abilities. She took on the young mutant as a protégé and taught him how to be a ruthless and powerful force to be reckoned with. The boy’s foolish father wanted to teach him restraint. She scolded the bastard for it. Such power as his deserved to be flaunted, not kept locked away. With time he grew into the killing machine that she desired. Whenever something came against the family she now had a personal guard to take care of it leaving her hands clean. But still, Cal’syee was a predator and loved the feeling of warm blood. She killed many men and women that dared to oppose the family. She laughed in D’Ken’s face with that human Summers and his gang rose up and broke free from her brother’s control. It was the first time anyone had ever managed to break free and maintain breathing. To make sure nothing like that happened again, she personally helped watch over the slave pens of the mutants. DURING APOCALYPSE (April 2009) Instead of being attacked by the minions of Apocalypse, Madripoor was hit by disasters of the weather. Many people of Madripoor lost their lives in the events, but little did Cal’syee care. She was unaffected by this and the only thing she had to worry about was the slaves. Lilandra tending to the flagship, D’Ken looked over the city, and she squashed any foolish slave that even thought about taking advantage of the situation. She watched as Kallark laid waste to the mutants and her brother personally executed a few. Never again would they rise up. POST-APOCALYPSE After the events of Apocalypse, their uncle finally passed away. After that, she and Lilandra were both named advisors to the throne, a position that Cal’syee saw that she could use to her advantage. D’Ken continued to pursue the escaped slaves now known as the Starjammers which amused her to no end. If the idiot had only killed the man this would not be happening. Cal’syee sits on her position of power patiently waiting for the right time to strike. |
