Well, after a long period, Moses has finally been accepted. He will be joining the Brotherhood as soon as possible, but there's time to do some things here and there before he's whisked off to Sanctuary. |

Regretfully, if you haven't already heard, due to circumstances beyond my control--work and school--I have to drop Warren. He was fun to play, and very different, but all of this stuff going on has made it hard for me to juggle such a vital character with my other two. He'll be back soon, but he won't be played by me. So fear not for too long, I suppose. |

September 15th 4:00pm Several hours ago. Ojore had been to the land of the free many, many times over the years; always for business, always strengthening ties or getting vital information or something of that nature. This time was no different, although the reasons for his visit were so much more important this time. Not only was he going to oversee the opening and continued development of the first stateside branch of Magnum Munitions, but he was determined to find a way to join the Brotherhood. Some would call his fascination with them borderline obsessive, and in a way they were correct; in other, more important ways they were wrong. He had no luggage except his personal briefcase and laptop with him as he was taken to his private runway; most of his personal belongings had been flown ahead of him, and it was much simpler to travel light. The sun was just breaking over the morning clouds when his personal jet took off for New York; the flight was a long one so his laptop was brought out to get some work done and a few new designs he'd been tinkering with. Current time. The gentle ping that sounded when the plane was about to land caused him to stretch his sore muscles and close his computer, and a quick glance out of his window confirmed that they were touching down in New York. The pilot said what he was required to say; please fasten your seatbelts, blah blah blah. Ojore of course didn't listen, as the chances of them crashing at this point were virtually zero, and he would survive anyway; he just straightened his shirt and waited for the tires to touch down. After landing, the plane veered off into a private hangar and stopped; he was already on his feet and walking to the door while his pilot turned off the multi-million dollar machine. Down the steps and into the cavernous hangar he went, briefcase in hand and laptop secured in a bag around his shoulder. At his request, two vehicles were parked and waiting; one for him, and another for his pilot. After all, the man was going to be staying in New York for as long as Ojore was, and he tried to take care of his employees when he could. The keys to the car and the man's apartment were in the glove box, and with that knowledge that his pilot could get to his new home safely, he hopped into the backseat of the big black SUV parked next to the car. "Take me to my penthouse; I've had a long flight and I want to get some rest." The driver who'd been waiting patiently just nodded his head and started the engine. |
