March 4, 8:30AM Stark Tower, NYC The sun hadn’t even risen when Max Jr and Nate had left to try and find Rachel. Still in their current lair, Luna was awake when they left, and was kept up by her thoughts. The dark of the moon had passed, her powers were slowly growing again, her powers feeding through the ground beneath her. Tiny tremors in the little stones on the ground, unable to bring herself to rest again. She’d been considering this for a while – they were at a wall, an impasse, and there simply weren’t that many choices. Nate seemed to think going to Rachel would help…Luna wasn’t so sure. They were going to have to do something, and Luna doubted Nate would want to. They had to talk to Havok and Stark. Nate would never go for it. And there were too many variables when it came to the group – the twins and Greg would be far too recognizable. It wouldn’t take a genius to figure out who their parents were. Junior would bring up too many questions, especially about Coleridge. Nate…Well, sometimes it was better to see things from afar. The way Luna figured, she was the best choice. Unlike the others, her parentage wasn’t quite obvious, despite the pale silver cast to her long hair. She’d gathered things right after Nate and Max left, getting dressed. Sure, she could have argued her case to them…But this way was much simpler. She didn’t bother telling the others her intentions, simply saying she was going out. They’d know how ancy she’d been the past few days, her powers hitting their low point. Keeping her uniform on beneath a long jacket, she tucked her hair under a hat, heading out into the city. Stark Tower was simple enough to find, hopping busses and walking a few blocks between. The exercise was good, the chance to stretch her legs, something she desperately needed after so long of keeping hidden. Besides, the times spent walking made it a bit easier for her to decide on a plan of…Well, how not to attack. She had no intention of fighting, although she had brought a brace of throwing knives with her because Longshot had taught her never to go without at least one weapon. The pale haired girl paused a block away from the tower, eying it warily. She’d considered multiple ways to approach. She could fly to the top, break in…But if there was one thing Stark would have, it was impressive security measures. And any move she made that seemed like an attack would destroy any plans she had for a peaceful encounter. So she did the next best thing. She walked up to the large front doors, and rang the doorbell. A tiny camera lens focused on her, and she tugged her hat off, pulling her long, silvery hued hair over one shoulder, and leaning forward to peer into the lens, holding her hands up in a gesture of peace. “I’m here to speak to Mr. Stark. I imagine he’ll want to see me. I’d also appreciate if you could call Havok and have him join us. We’ve a few things to discuss.” Her tone was polite, calm, and she kept her hands raised. Nate and Max would be furious with her, but she didn’t care. If they wanted to stop their future, they needed to not have to fight Alex and Stark at every turn. And the only way that could happen is if their actions were explained. There was no time like the present. Or, in her case, the past. |

“Excuse me Mister Stark. There is a girl here to see you?” JARVIS the Artificial Intelligence noted while attempting to wake up the slumbering Iron Man who only let out large grown as he tossed over in the bed and put a pillow over his head to keep the light from the sun creeping in from the large glass doors. “Mister Stark, You need to wake up now.” Another groan followed. “Jarvis, If you have a brain in your... computer processor you will shut up right now.” Tony barked back after spending quite a long night out on the town and being woken up with quite the hangover. “Tony, I do believe you would want to speak with this girl.” Tony threw the pillow covering his face off the wall as he snapped back at his A.I butler. “Why? Don't tell me this is another one of those girls claiming me to be the father of their child. How many of those suits do we have in open court right now?” “13, Sir. But she is not here for that. According to my records she is one of the terrorists or future X-Men as Havok believes who was found in the warehouse on the night of January 6th.” That got Tony's attention as he shot up out of the bed. “She's here? Which one? Are the others with her?” Tony asked in a rash of excitement as he pulled on last nights dress pants and grabbed the nearest t-shirt with a black sabbath logo on it. “I am afraid not, Sir. It just appears to be her. Would you like me to send her up?” Tony pondered for a moment where he should meet with one of the people whom were seemingly hell bent on destroying and derailing perhaps one of if not his greatest invention to date. “Call Happy, Have him on stand by. But yes, Send her directly up here.” “She is also requesting the presence of Mister Alex Summers.” Tony nodded to himself as he walked over to the bar that was in his room and began pouring himself a fresh glass of scotch. “Sir, It's 8:35, Are you sure that is entirely wise after last nights festivities?” “Calm down mom, The best way to avoid being hungover is to stay drunk... At least thats what Dad used to say.” Tony offered back as he dropped a few ice cubes and walked over to a large chair in the penthouse apartment in the top of Stark Tower. “A very astute theory.” Tony rolled his eyes. “Yeah, Yeah... Just get on it J. It's still too early.” While he leaned back into the large chair and closed his eyes for a moment waiting for his guests to arrive. The main doors of Stark Industries then Buzzed open as the voice of JARVIS greeted the girl. “Hello Miss. Mister Stark is waiting for you in his apartment. Please follow the hall to your left towards the elevator and press the button for Floor 93.” JARVIS asked while all of his cameras stayed trained on the girl making sure she followed his directions. It was still slightly early for all of the Stark Industries employees to be at their proper stations. Including Pepper Potts and the day shift of the security force. While JARVIS continued to monitor the girls actions he began his call to the subterrainining home of X-Factor. “Hello, Mister Stark requires Havok's immediate attention at the top of Stark Tower. A major development in the joint investigation is unfolding as I speak.” |

Alex was not an early riser. He never had been. In college his earliest class did not start until noon and even then he almost never made it on time. Good thing that he was a track star, or else there might have been some disciplinary action taken. But, Alex Summers, then Alex Blanding, was a bright boy, and had always managed to present extraordinary work to make up for his somewhat flaky attendance. He had coasted a little bit on that, seeing no problem with turning a paper in a day late for a B grade, even if it would have been an A. He still managed through smarts, charm and extra curricular activity to graduate salutatorian. Second place, knowing he could have been first, but back then it didn't matter as much. It mattered a lot now, but while he had made plenty of changes to stop being so passively reactionary, rising early was not one of his things. So, when the call came in, he was flumped in his bed that he shared with Lorna, dressed in half of his containment suit, a constant reminder that he would never be able to not be vigilant. He was alone, having either driven his wife away with the heat his body constantly gave out, or Nate had gotten up early and she was off trying to get more oatmeal in his mouth than in his hair, on the floor, all over his face. Possibly it was a combination of the two, but her departure had not woken up Alex, who had been out on patrol into the wee hours, looking for any sign of those kids... their time traveling family. The call woke him up, though, and woke him up fast. He was dressed and running to the Wandavator in moments, his college speed not lost to age, honed instead to stamina and strength. By the time he arrived in Stark's office via the chaotic portal Wanda Maximoff had left them when she moved out of X-Factor, there was no trace of sleepiness. Especially not when he saw the girl who waited with Stark. "Your friends hurt one of my teammates," Alex told the girl, as he gathered himself in his new surroundings. "And, they knew just how to do it too, so I am not all that inclined to feel generous here. But I know who your leader is, and I know why he's doing this. We still can't allow this, Miss, so I need to know what you think you can say that will change our minds." |

Despite her desire for this particular self-induced mission to stay peaceful, a part of Luna fully expected to be met with extreme hostility. The fact that the building in front of her didn’t spring into automated weapon-filled life was a bit of a surprise. She let the surprise show on her face as the doors buzzed open, the polite voice of Jarvis directing her where to go. Apparently, Stark wasn’t afraid to let her in – a good thing, if she ignored the naturally suspicious voice in the back of mind pointing out all the reasons this was a bad idea. Ignoring that voice, she stepped in, keeping her hands visible at her side, palms open, as she followed the directions she’d been given. “Thank you,” Nodding politely at a camera, glancing up at the one in the elevator as it rose. Floor 93. Talk about a penthouse. She hadn’t really expected to be invited into Stark’s apartment, that was a bit strange, but he’d probably be more comfortable with her presence while surrounded with his own toys. Exiting the elevator, she entered the room, staying a decent distance from Iron Man, seemingly unconcerned with the fact that he was drinking so early. She didn’t sit, and once Alex got there, the pale haired girl backed up just a step, keeping her gaze on the two men warily. Havok was understandably pissed off, and Luna winced at his words, shaking her head. “I do apologize for that, as well as the exceedingly early wakeup call this morning.” Niceties out of the way, she made a conscious effort to keep her hands at her sides, where they’d be perfectly visible to both men. “You can’t allow this.” Luna’s tone was blank, green eyes sharp as she repeated his words, staring at Alex for a moment. “I’m sure Billy gave you plenty of information. Not everything, of course. But enough.” Her fists clenched, pain flaring in her eyes as she looked at Havok, seeing her uncle, her family. Seeing Erik, lying in a hospital bed, unresponsive. “Tell me – what did you do the last time someone told you that they ‘couldn’t allow you’ to save your brother?” She knew what the Summers brothers were like. Half her life had been spent around them, the devotion was something she could recognize. But it wasn’t limited to them. She may not have doted on Erik like the twins, but he was still her brother too. Forcing that pain back down, Luna shook her head. “I know what this looks like. What we look like. And I’m not here to fight, or argue. I’m not going to try and spin some sob story about the future so that you’ll magically understand what’s going on.” The very idea was idiotic. “But if things keep on like this, all that’s going to happen is that more people are going to get hurt, and eventually, it’s going to be someone else that we love. So consider this a…Peace offering, of a sort.” Stepping forward, she folded herself to sit on the couch, feet together, hands resting properly on her lap, looking between the two of them. “I can’t tell you everything that’s happening. Not without consequence. But I know you have questions, about things Billy can’t tell you. So I’m here to answer them, if I can do so without…Causing any more damage.” It was going to be hard to do, but the constant clashes with Havok’s team and Iron Man were not going to help anyone. Not as long as Nate wouldn’t fight them, and certainly not as long as Luna and the twins were willing to do anything to save their brother. Eventually, someone was going to get seriously hurt, and that was a risk she wasn’t willing to take. Not if answering some questions could avoid it. |

While Tony waited for his guests to arrive he figured he had at least a few minutes to try and catch some more sleep in his comfortable chair. But those hopes were dashed when JARVIS opened his door and in walked the girl who quickly apologized for the early wake up call as Tony pried his eyes back open for a moment. “Shhh.” Tony motioned his finger up to his lips quickly before closing his eyes once again and hoping to fall back asleep before Havok arrived. As Tony continued to rest his eyes still clutching the glass of scotch Havok magically teleported himself into the middle of the room via the Wandavator. As Tony noticed his presence it startled him at first not expecting Havok to get their quite so fast and without any notice he jolted a bit splashing some of his scotch onto the arm of the chair he sat it. “God... Jesus. That thing needs to come with a bell or something.” Tony mused as he brushed some of puddles of scotch off the chair before it fully soaked into the material. With Both Havok and The Future girl in the room the girl continued with the reason she was here. She kept mentioning the name Billy which confused Tony. He had a meeting with Havok just about a month earlier when he agreed to put the Satellite launch on hold for a while but never heard anything about any Billy's. While The future girl continued to talk mostly to Havok. That was until Tony pipped in and asked his own questions. “Who's Billy? What's Billy got to do with this? Do I know Billy?” While the conversation moved on the girl admitted she knew what it looked like and what they looked like and that she didn't intend to fight or argue with them. “Okay, Hold on let me stop you right there... Well wait first... Future Girl. I invite you in bring you all the way up to the top floor of my building at this ungodly hour after you and your brat pack did everything you did. I honored your request to bring Havok in when I could have just as easily brought in Nick and his Fury of SHIELD Agents and forced you to divulge anything and everything we need. But I didn't so I think the least you can do is give me something to call you besides 'Future Girl' if that is where you are really even from.” However Tony didn't leave much time for her to make a proper introduction before he continued and said. “But you also can't come into my home and tell me I have to stop doing what I am doing because things can't keep going on like this and not tell me what I can do to fix anything. You can destroy my projects and inventions and I will keep rebuilding them. You can tell me they are flawed and broken and I will go through them and look for the flaws and fix whats broken. But if you already have the answer and you are going to pussy foot around them that is going to keep me in a very bad mood.” Tony took a sip of scotch to break up his early mourning monologue. “I am not entirely sure but I don't think I am much of a mourning person and either is Havok here. So forgive me if I am a little cranky but unless you have something productive to tell me... Tell us.” Tony corrected himself. “Then you better get to the point. Because I have gone over my satellite with a fine tooth comb I made lists I checked them twice and from all accounts my satellite is nice, Not naughty. So what is the problem here really?” |

His eyes not leaving the girl, whose arrogance and inflexibility reminded him of someone he couldn't put his finger on, Havok said, to Stark, "According to what I've been told, your satellite goes sentient, and starts to infect the world with a mechanical virus or something. This girl and her friends are going to attempt to stop it, and rather than explaining themselves, and proving that this story is not just the hogwash it seems to be, they decided the best idea was terrorism. That right, Miss? That the general idea?" Havok folded his arms over his chest and said, "Look, I get why you're doing this, I do, and yes, if someone told me that they weren't going to allow me to save my brother, I'd shove a plasma blast down their throat and do whatever the hell I thought was right. But, that's why I'm not Scott, and that's why I've been brainwashed, turned into a Horseman, put on trial, blown up, beaten up, and nearly killed. Because I was leading with my heart and not my mind." He shook his head and tapped his finger on his temple, "That's won't work here, Miss. You have no idea the implications of what you're doing. You stop the satellite, you don't just change the bad parts of your history. You change everything. You change the world." He began to pace the room, looking over at Stark, "Billy is one of the kids from the School. The son of the Scarlet Witch. He's a reality warper working with Dr Strange, and apparently, he's the one who sent them back. I'm inclined to believe him, frankly, but I don't know if he's really taken into consideration what this means." Taking a breath, he said, "There are already time travelers here, who have already changed the future. I don't know if I should say who they are, but they're stuck here now. They have no way back home because their home no longer exists. It sounds like it's a better thing from what they've said their future was like, but it leaves them lost, trapped. I'm not going to allow that to happen to you, to my son, my nieces... I can't allow it, girl." He looked back to Tony, "But we can't allow that satellite to go live either. Not if this is what happens. If we can stop it, Stark, we have to, we have to." |

If she’d wanted to catch either of these men in a better mood, she probably should have waited until later. But then, Luna doubted they’d be in any mood to talk to her, no matter the time of day. And considering how much trouble she was going to get in with Nate and Junior after this, there hadn’t been any point in waiting until later. Trying to keep everyone’s identities secret was a bit of a moot point now. Havok wasn’t a moron – there was no way he hadn’t figured out who Nate and the twins were by now. Which led to a logical progression of who Greg was. The only unknowns to him were probably Junior and herself, which gave her a distinct advantage when speaking to him. Iron Man went on a bit of a rant, and although she raised a pale eyebrow at the man’s rather impressive speech so early at the morning, she made no move to interrupt. He gave her no chance to introduce herself, which was probably for the best right now. Havok’s sum up of their mission caused Luna’s lips to twitch, just barely keeping herself from smiling, and she waited a moment after he finished to speak, the barest hint of amusement in her voice. “Because some random people arriving at your door claiming to be your son and nieces from the future, on a mission to defeat evil, sounds so much more believable?” She let out a dry laugh, shaking her head. “Especially since, judging by Mr. Stark’s reaction to learning what happens, and his continued unwillingness to abandon the project, simply showing up and explaining the situation would have been just as pointless.” Turning to Iron Man, she scowled darkly. “I have told you what you can do to fix it. Destroy the project. Stop building it.” Luna’s tone of voice was dry, sarcastic, and she turned to watch Alex pacing. Lifting a hand to rub at one temple, frowning as he explained about changing the world, she nodded absently at the mention of others. “So I’ve heard,” The pale haired young woman muttered, casting him a thoughtful look. Judging by his words, that meant that the Rachel and TJ that Nate and Junior were going to see were not the ones from their timeline. Oh, this would be interesting. Starting a bit at Havok, she stiffened in the seat, momentarily torn, before finally glancing between the two of them warily. “…Luna. My name is Luna.” Her voice was quiet and carefully neutral, and she straightened almost self consciously, palms flat on her lap. “I don’t know how we can stop it without changing…Everything.” Struggling for a moment, she frowned, watching Alex. “But if we don’t, there’s not going to be anything to go back to. This satellite – the Technovore, we call it – it’s going to destroy everything.” Her fists clenched, and for a split second, the floor beneath her feet gave a minor tremor, and the air in the room swirled and twisted on a gust of wind that seemed to come from nowhere. Then she took a deep breath, looking between the two men. |

After Tony got uppity he felt he needed to just sit back and relax he knew he as irritated. He knew he was hungover and sipping the scotch was probably the only thing that was keeping the inevitable headache at bay. But when Havok and the now to be refereed to as Luna continued talking and making their arguments and conclusions the headache was no longer being stiffed. Tony was confused he admitted to himself time travel was not in his area of expertise but perhaps it was something he needed to look into after all of this came to light. “Everyone stop!” Tony exclaimed and left a brief pause as he mumbled “Hammertime.” Before clearing his throat and putting the scotch down on a table while he stood up from his comfortable chair. “I maybe drunk. I may have a major headache. I may have slept in my clothes from last night. But all that aside can you... Miss Luna or Alex explain something to me.” Tony asked rubbing his temple in a circular motion. “Lets establish you are an X-Man from the future. And Lets establish the fact that for some mysterious unforeseen reason my harmless satellite that was built and designed by me to help humanity in times of crisis. To provide clean and renewable energy all over the globe. Somehow gets compromised and becomes a evil menace called the Technovore.” Tony then struck a long look back at Alex Summers. “Now lets also establish the fact we have other X-Men from the future who got stranded here from the future... I am assuming the same future as Miss Luna here.” Tony let out a long sigh and whipped some crust from his still groggy eyes. “Now the aforementioned Future X-Men got stuck here in the past because they came back into time to change the future. And now they can't go home because there is no home to go back to. So now Future X-Men Group B.” Tony said peering back at Luna. “That's you and your rag tag group. While now they with the help of Billy Nilly traveled back in time to change history again.” Tony then threw his hands over his face and slowly drug them down taking in a deep breathe. “Now am I the only one who sees a serious issue here? Alex I know you see this flaw in their grand master plan. So stop the Technovore and then what? Stay here in 2014 the new half way house for wayward Future X-Men? Kind of makes me wonder what happens after Scott stops running the show in that mansion. Let me ask you something Miss Luna how is it you superheroes handle things in the future?” Tony asked with a demanding tone. He felt himself getting carried away but the alcohol and sleep deprivation were getting the better of him and he was growing more unable to control himself as he continued his latest rant. “I mean when the going gets tough do you just quit and run back to the future to change everything. I am Iron Man... He is Havok leader of the X-Factor we've collectively saved the world how many times now Alex?” Tony asked looking at a non-existent watch on his wrist. “About a gozillian for decades before you were even a twinkle in your parents eyes.” Tony shook his head and began trying to call himself down and scratched the back of his head. “Alex came to me, Told me things with the satellite might be wonky I pulled the launch date to check it out again. I am not unreasonable, There is no launch date set it is still going to be presented at the Stark Expo theres no stopping that. It would raise too many questions and telling the media I did so because some little girl from the future told me so might not go over so well. But the facts remain the same I am doing my part to make sure this Technovore never comes to be and from all my reports and analysis tells me there is no way this thing can go sentient. But I am checking it out again because Alex came to me and asked me to.” Another deep breathe followed. “So tell me Miss. What exactly is your plan here?” Tony asked walking back to his chair before he reached it however he turned back to Luna again. “I don't mean your plan here right now I already know it was to ruin my beauty sleep give me and Alex a headache. I mean whats your plan once you kill the Technovore and get trapped in the space time continuum like the others. Did you and the others figure that out yet? I don't know what the population situation is like where your from. But here we're pretty over populated as it is.” |

“Because some random people arriving at your door claiming to be your son and nieces from the future, on a mission to defeat evil, sounds so much more believable?” the girl mocked and Alex narrowed his eyes. "We're here listening," Havok said, "So what makes you think we wouldn't listen ever? A few years ago, a 5,000 year old mutant who thought he was a demi-god turned me into the living embodiment of War. Last year, my brother was murdered and resurrected as a ninja assassin. I've ridden on dinosaurs, I've raised mushroom kids, and I'm standing here next to the richest man on the planet who flies around in a rocket suit. You honestly think that time travel is the weirdest thing we've ever dealt with? C'mon, kid. You expect us to give you the benefit of the doubt, you have to return the favor." Tony grilled the girl on what was happening, asking her what they were going to do, explaining what he had done to try and take their story seriously, but it was not until the girl mentioned her name that Alex really took note. "Luna? Luna Coleridge," he said, "We babysat you and your brother. Your father sent you to... wait..." his voice trailed off and he stared at the girl, wheels whirring and clicking in his head, "Wait, you asked what would I do if I was told I couldn't save my brother... brother. Billy told us that it was Avery and Piet's son who was infected by the Technovore... Are you saying brother in the figurative sense?" He looked at the girl carefully and said, "Or are you saying it in the literal sense, because, I'm going to guess there is more to you than Coleridge. He's never really told us where you came from, who your mother is... but I'm starting to think that maybe we should be asking who your father is? Tell me if I am right, Luna, because what is going on is a lot more important than keeping cryptic secrets. You really want to keep the time lines pure, we have telepaths who can take care of that, but right now? I need to start getting some real concrete answers..." Glancing to Stark, and then back at Luna, Alex took a deep breath. "And, I want to see my son." |

Luna had hoped that, despite the early hour, Tony and Havok would be able to follow her conversation. Apparently, while Havok certainly seemed to be on the same page, Tony was a few pages behind them. From the smell of alcohol she could make out, there was a reason why. That didn’t stop her from giving him a rather irritated look when he called for a stop to the conversation, frowning at him in annoyance. In a pointless, to her point of view, reiteration of things that had happened, and at the mention of the other future kids, she held up her hands, stopping him before he could continue. “No. The others, they came from…A different future. From what Havok is saying, they changed it, and it became the future I’m from. We didn’t even know they were here until we got here.” Fighting the urge to rub her head, especially as Tony continued. The man was getting more irate, and for all her good intentions, Luna felt herself stiffening, green eyes narrowing sharply at the disapproval he showed. She kept her lips pressed tightly together, letting Tony get things off his chest. Before she could stop herself, she spoke, tone clipped and cruel. “Yes, congratulations. You’ve saved the world. And in twenty years, you’re going to end it. Well done. Remind me to give you a medal when I get back to my time, assuming I can find you before your innocent and non-homicidal invention kills you. Oh, and everyone else on the planet.” Luna’s sarcasm was thick and completely unremorseful, and she sucked in a breath, closing her eyes for a moment. Snorting at Havok’s response, she shrugged a single shoulder. “We weren’t supposed to come into contact with you. It wasn’t part of the plan. No contact with people who might know us.” She recited without really thinking about it, before giving Havok a startled look when he mentioned her name. Choosing to ignore Tony for the time being, she locked her gaze on Alex. Damn, of course he’d put that together. She’d hoped to stay anonymous, or as anonymous as possible. She should’ve known Havok would be able to figure things out, even without all the details. He was looking at her very closely, and fortunately she’d been raised around such intense looks, because otherwise she’d be squirming in her seat uncomfortably. Instead, she managed to meet his gaze, only a hint of panic showing in her slightly paling complexion. He demanded more answers, and Luna finally stood up, frowning when she looked at Tony. She really didn’t want to have to explain this, not in front of Iron Man. He wasn’t family. Alex would know all this eventually, it didn’t bother her…But Stark was a stranger. “…You’re right. You should be asking that.” She finally muttered, giving Alex a nervous look. “But you should be asking Da-Coleridge.” Glancing at Stark, she looked back at Alex, eyes wide, doing her best to convey her point silently. “If it’s something you simply must know now, fine…But not here. Who I am is not something I want to share with anyone but family.” She didn’t need Stark to know that his little comment about being a twinkle in her parent’s eye had hit a nerve. Grimacing at Alex’s request, Luna raised a hand to her head, twisting a lock of hair pair uncomfortably around one finger. “Uh. That…That might be problematic.” Wincing, she could hear Nate yelling at her already. “He doesn’t know I’m here. It’s why I had to come so early. So he and Junior weren’t there to stop me.” |

Tony's repeated outbursts were not going over well and the more awake he gotten the more he realized his actions were only going to be more of a hindrance than a help in this situation so he took his seat once again and leaned back listening to the latest round of Havok vs. Luna. He was still trying to battle the sudden but inevitable hangover as well as 2 different futures colliding into one past. A killer satellite in 20 years that makes him public enemy number one and whether or not he should cancel his date later tonight on the grounds he will be no where near rested enough. The girl revealed a lot during Tony's silence. Havok uncovered who her parents where and she revealed she was here without authorization from the others. But all Tony's ego kept telling him was since the other Future Kids messed up their future and the new future was the one Tony's invention destroys the world maybe the blame should be put on them for whatever it was they changed. Tony then leaned forward again and poked his head back into the conversation. “I am sorry.” He said calmly he wanted to follow it up with 'I feel like everyone is on crazy pills right now' but he refrained. “So you are who you are. They are who they are. They being the future kids who came before you and killed their future. Aren't you at all concerned that if you stop my Satellite 20 years before anything goes wrong you will all be trapped back here and away from your friends and loved ones in your future.” Tony leaned back in his chair again. “Perhaps the fault isn't even found 20 years later but if it take 20 years for my Satellite to corrupt maybe its something that hasn't happened yet in this timeline.” Time travel was fickle business, Change one thing and an entire series of events can unfold with an untold number of possibilities and changes to what you thought you once knew. “I am sorry.” Tony reiterated again. “I just do not see how this is a past problem. Perhaps it would be best if you could be able to talk to Nate and explain this to him. We already know who he is, JARVIS has his DNA on file we know he is a match for Havok's son the jig is up. Implore him to come to us and we can straighten out this mess before anything gets out of hand and you guys still have a home to go to. If the Satellite never launches you never have a future where you come from and we become a half way house for displaced futurites.” |
