The Asian Giraffe, is a rare subspecies of Giraffe found in some small parts of India and the Middle East. It feeds on shrubs and plants. There are an estimated 1,500 left. They are bright tan with almost black spots covering their bodies. Their horns are larger than those of other giraffes, and they have longer toungues as well.

These Giraffes do bad in captivity. They usually die within 10 days of arrival, and sometimes don't even live that long. The longest life one has lived in captivity is 6 months for Paula, a giraffe in the New Guneia Zoo. She was released into the wild July 6th 2006.

Probably, but Asian Giraffes can be a little agressive and run fast so they can't catch one.
