And I think you guys are just trying TOO much. Don't overwork, the forum has a great feeling to it. It's very relaxing and comfortable the way it is.
Trying too much is a good thing for a forum like Boost. Look at the current statistics. The posts daily. They're simply not enough for the type of forum Boost is and would like to be, i'm sure. No. I believe their aim was to be a laid back and relaxed resource forum. Nobody (at least me) wants to see this forum becoming another G Force or Outline.

I wouldn't mind agreeing to that but: you said that you wouldn't want Boost to become another G-Force or Outline. You're either forgetting or not mentioning one important point -- they're successful. Maybe not as much as they used to be, but they're successful. Boost can maintain being laid back while improving itself in whatever way possible and making their community more vast.

They're successful in their own way. They're huge and very busy forums. This is a laid back and relaxed resource forum. Boost is fine as it is. And yes, it can keep improving from time to time, but overdoing it will just take away that nice feeling it has to it.

At the time of this post, there were 60 posts today, or at least that's what the statistics tell me. And being that quiet defeats the purpose of striving for major success later on in the future. Otherwise, Boost would remain just another resource forum, and agree or disagree with me here but I don't want that.

Just good resources. And I like it like this, just as I'm pretty sure others do too. It's nice and quiet, not overwhelming. And resources keep getting added. I don't know about you, but I find G Force and the old Outline quite overwhelming.
But maybe that's just because of my dislike of big forums.

The main point here is that we're lacking in activity. Whether that's what you like or dislike, that's the major issue at hand. If we don't have an active user base there is no point in making new resources to release as they won't be used. We don't need to be huge, but we need to get our activity back to where it was when we opened.

It's not even inactive... It's a matter of opinion. Personally, i'd like to see some more activity here. Obviously, you wouldn't. We're all different people and not everybody will be pleased. Ultimately, it's what the admins want that will decide on making any changes; not what you, or i, want.

I refer back to what I said about Boost being a resource forum that's aiming for further success. Agree or disagree, it's a fact.
