I offer the following legislation for consideration of Duma. I:Creation of a new ministry. II:This Ministry be called the Trade Ministry. III:The head of this new ministry be titled. The Trader IV:The appointment of The Trader will be first be recommended by The Grand Architect, then approved by Duma by a majority vote. V:The mission of The Trader, and the Trade Ministry will be to advise The Grand Architect on trading with other nations and alliances. Will direct and advise members of CATS on trading with members of the alliance and of Aqua Team. VI:Will seek out better relations with other nations and alliances. |

the tarde ministry would fall under "The Ex-dominion of Chequery", which currently has no department head. As for trade with other nations, it is my belief as grand architect that CATS member nations should be free to seek out their own trades, with whomever, so lnog as the person they are trading with is not involved in the opposing side of a war with a member of CATS, or our allies. |
