Hello all,
My name is Jesse and I had the fortune of meeting some of you at your monthly gathering the other day. I am new to the hobby and was looking for some one to help me build a model kit I recently purchased. I made some contacts and hopefully will be able to get my project rolling.

I also had with me one of my Hexapod robots and did a quick demo. I am working on a much larger version with an artist/sculptor friend of mine, though his time is getting harder and harder to get. If anyone is interested, I would be happy to collaborate.

It was a pleasure to meet some of you.

Glad to have met you also. Hopefully we can help you out with your project. I'm also known as Kylwell on the other modeling boards.

Jesse,
The pleasure is ours. That Hexapod you demoed is the coolest thing I've personally seen in ages. Welcome aboard. Hope to see more of your work soon.

Thanks yall... I would like to document the project but have never really used a forum or a blog. I would want to include many pics. Would I need to post my pictures elsewhere and link them here so they show up in the posts. Or will they show up if I upload them here. I will test really quick.

Wow!!! That is one helluva kit!!! :egads:

You can post up to 200 kb files, or do the inline image thing using one of the freebie image accounts out there (personally I like Flickr, but lots of people use Imageshack and Photobucket). Either way works, and we definitely don't mind seeing images in the posts! ^_^

I decided to create a blog for the build at: http://exsgundambuild.blogspot.com
It is easier to manage with my picasa picture account and whatnot. Follow the build there :-)
