Haha. Thanks.
The caster on a horse sounds sensible. I'll try that.

Without the HS I have nothing fast. :( Nothing to threaten war machines etc... Although to be fair, because I only have one unit, they just die. :(

The point is, if you play against elves, your fast cavalries are never going to reach those bolt throwers, unless you have a ton of them. Against dwarves, the WM are safely hidden behind blocks. Only against empire sometimes there is an odd cannon put alone on a flank, but that's not worth 110 points.

So I tried it out as mentioned and I decided a few things:
1) the forsaken are two small or fragile
2) the hell canon is awesome when it hits. But that's it. It's too slow to
Be a good monster. I think you need two to make it work, and to make casting treason really work.

So with that in mind I came up with this:

Daemon Prince: Scaled Skin; Flaming Breath; Charmed Shield; Dragonbane Gem; Sword of Striking; Level 4 Wizard; Lore of Nurgle; Chaos armour; Daemon of Nurgle. 480

BsB (Exalted Hero): Talisman of Preservation; Daemonic Mount (barding); Mark of Tzeentch; great weapon; Battle Standard. 246
Chaos Sorceror: Dispel Scroll; Enchanted Shield; Warrior Bane; Level 2 Wizard; Lore of Death. 180

Chaos Chariot: Mark of Slaanesh. 115
5 Chaos Warhounds: Vanguard. 40
14 Chaos Warriors: Aspiring Champion; musician; standard bearer; Banner of Swiftness; Mark of Nurgle; shield; halberds. 325
5 Marauder Horsemen: Mark of Slaanesh; flails. 85
5 Chaos Warhounds 30

8 Chaos Trolls 280
Gorebeast Chariot: Mark of Nurgle. 140
Gorebeast Chariot: Mark of Nurgle. 140

4 Skullcrushers of Khorne: musician; standard bearer; Gleaming Pennant; ensorcelled weapons. 337

2,398 points

I played a game with it on UB earlier, and whilst I lost, I liked this list the most. I should of won the game today, but the dice killed me on one turn and half the army broke or died in a mega combat I should have won.

I liked the gore beasts. I also like the Nurgle magic (pinched from that thread in tactics with death on the lvl 2. The unit if horsemen is nice. Used as a rearguard to set up last minute redirects. It works better. And whilst I liked having some shooting, it's not enough to make it worth it. Better to have more threats, and better target saturation. Having more bodies in the trolls is nice.

That's a good all combat list (but your DP is not etc legal).
I still prefer having some ranged damage in the form of tzeemch and hellcannon. I know this guy is unreliable, but his role is more psychological than actual.
