One illegal thing with your list-sorcerer can't have both the channeling staff and the skull of katam as they are both arcane items.

I see one main issue with your list. You've spent a lot of pts on magic, too much. In total including the mutiliath's bound spell you have 10 spells, and you'll be using half of those a turn if you're lucky. So I would advise dropping both sorcerers as you really just don't need that much magic. If you really want to keep one I'd leave him as cheap as possible-L.1, scroll, enchanted shield.

With those extra pts you can get more heavy hitters which your list could really use. Another gorebeast or 2, a chimera or 3 SCs would all be good choices.

I also think you don't have enough chaff. Marauder horsemen are good, though I would give them only flails, but you could use 10-15 hounds in units of 5. Could drop a chariot to add those in.

Also for your DP, talisman of protection is a waste as the +6 ward the item gives does not stack with the DPs +5 ward. I would give him charmed shield, sword of striking and the dragonbane gem instead.

I'd also give your warriors the standard of discipline instead of swiftness. The DP will often not be close enough for them to use his LD, nor do you want him tied down and when you have an anvil unit like warriors they need the extra LD.

Overall though looks pretty good just think you need to make a few changes.

Well first things first, swap the talisman of protection for a sword of striking, hitting on a 2+ is a massive boost for him, chaos familiar is good but does he really need it? Might as well keep him as cheap as possible so you can get more bodies on the ground. This guy needs Soul Feeder, best gift in the book.

Pretty standard, you could always give this guy burning body so you have something to counter models with Regen.

I would drop him, you already have a lvl4 with death, he isn't going to last very long in a unit of marauders.

Gives him a 2+/4++ save, channel on 3D6 and access to metal incase your against empire, chaos, stuff like that.

Flails, Musician , drop the armour all together, the altenate is to swap them for some hounds with vanguard, 2-3 units of 5 should be more than enough. If you want to keep them then MoS is also very good on them.

In a fast armour I find this a very good banner to have on a warriors if they are the only infantry unit you have.

Its a good unit but its very slow, your going to find it gets left behind by the rest of you army, I would rather have another chimera

For a chanelling backup wizard i like lv2 mot, ench. shield, disc, tal of end, chanel staff, tzeentch magic. This gived you 1+ 4++, chanel on a 5+ reroll 1's super mobile gun turrent that has the potential to do much more than just chanel dice.
Kormak's version with skull of katam is a good cheap option that will chanel only powerdice (no dispel dice with the item) a 6+ on 6 dice but he gets no reroll from mot. I prefer that setup with mos to help mitigate the skulls negative effects and shadow magic for versatility.

I would probably put him on a disc as well however he wanted him in a unit :p MoT is simply so he gets a 4+ wardsave, you could always give him MR2 instead so the whole unit has a 4+ wardsave against magic. Shadow is certainly a good lore, metal adds more to the list, with chaos you don't need to debuff your enemy as much as generally you will have better stats anyway. The list will struggle with killing things like stanks (which are a real pain to deal with). It also gives them access to flaming attacks would could be use to strip regen off creatures with armour saves (ogres, chimera's), buff the troops (scaly skin 5+ on chaos warriors with HW+SH+MoT is a very scary prospect) or buff troops in combat with +1 to hit and AP.
