Warrior of the Chamber
I'm in the process of making a list that involves Extremely Durable and tough aspects.

These are the Models I Currently own.

Chaos Lord
Chaos Sorcerer/Chaos Sorcerer Lord
Daemon Prince
24 Warriors of Chaos
5 Chaos Knights

I want to make a list that is ridiculously tough to kill. I thinking of grabbing some Gorebeast Chariots but otherwise Mark of Nurgle Shielded Warriors.

Along with Knights and really armored units.
Although I'm debating Which is Tougher to kill? High Toughness or High Armor?
My next purchase will probably be Skullcrushers and Gorebeast Chariots.

Tried T6 Giants, and are like a really good choice for extremely tough themed list.

Skullcrushers proved Very Extremely Tough, and deadly against nearly everything :)
Nurgle so far is my favorite God and I'd probably add Nurgle to a lot of units, the lore of Nurgle is where it's at for tough to kill :) Just need a little help on the icing on the Cake, got the foundation. ( Core is built but need help putting it altogether with specials and rares or any sort). let me know if you want an army list sample, I'll gladly reply ASAP. ;D Thanks a lot!!!! :)

20+ nurgle warriors with festus and hw&shield are pretty darn harn to kill (but they perform better with halberds).

Skullcrushers, as you mentioned are also a very survivable.
Nurgle gorebeast chariots are stupidly hard to kill for almost any opponent in CC. Blasted standard knights are also awesome, especially if you have a character with MR in it as well to get a wardsave against metal.

All dps are also hard for the opponent to get rid of if equipped properly but again, the Nurgle dp probably wins this one as well if you want the most survivable model.

Nurgle giants are situational at best. I like T6 (but they should come with T6 imho) but the lack of armor means they will go down to shooting, massed normal attacks, poison etc. For me they almost never perfom as well as I'd like them to.

Chimerae are also pretty tough if you slam them into the right targets.

Tz warshrines and hellcannons will survive anything the opponent throws at them.

Hortense heroes / lords on dm / disc are also famously unkillable.

I feel that the units you'll want to include shouldnt just depend on their individual toughness / being hard to kill though. Having units that synergize well is just as important. Most of our troops already win in 1vs1 scenarios anyway.
Like you probably wouldnt want to have gorebeast chariots in a fast list just because they're tough to kill. But if you have an infantry heavy list you might.

You could try a chaos gunline, I'm not sure how it performs but it looks pretty hard to kill on paper.

Tz sorc lord on warshrine with lore of metal (or Tz for shootiness) in the middle

Festus+ 20 warriors nurgle, halberd shields

Dm Exalted bsb + 20 warriors of tz, hw&s + blasted standard

One hellcannon on each side

One nurgle gorebeast chariot on each side of the Warrior blocks

Two units of hounds to screen the warriors

Granted, it's slow as hell but it's also pretty tough :D If you want a list that performs well in almost any situation just search for "Chaos warrior netlist" and go with that. It's a very forgiving list filled with things that are hard for the opponent to kill.

I made you a list for fun in battlescribe.

This list/collection looks tough, but watch out for lore of metal! It'll wreck your knights!

lord on demonic mount/steed, armour of destiny, dawnstone, 3rd eye, scaled skin, feeder, 25 pts left for enchanted items - i suggest potion of toughness (T8 against mindrazored units) + MR1 on unit he is with - this is the most unkilable build imho
