I just looked up his rules and holy *hell* is he a badass. I'd take him over the usual Nurgle build easy. What's his point cost?

Here use this if you don't use WYSIWYG, but if you do you could extend the hammer's handle so it is GW sized, also you have a tentacle arm on this model, so there's that...

Yeah hes a cool model but im not sure where you could fit the standard onto. Mabey cut the sheild arm off but that would involve green stuff some tenticles to hold the standard.

Hi, I made my Bsb using the gorebeast from the chariot box set, and The Lord from the manticore box set (I converted the manticore into a chimera and had a spare gorebeast when I built a normal chariot.) I then attached an ogre bull banner to the lords back so that he has both hands free to wield a halberd and a length of chain. Just got to find an appropriate banner top now. He looks good with a bit of greenstuff, I think this is a common conversion and isn't too taxing!

Check out Flint's BSB on Daemonic mount, the base model is the same, and doesn't need that much modifying to make it work.

Right bsb aside, i would appreciate some more be'lakor list advise :)

I cant really settle on which way i should take my core which is affecting the rest of my list. Probably looking at a gorebeat or two, knights a chimera or two which makes me think a chariot core would be best suited. All this is based on synergyising with be'lakor.

What you guys think?

A good anvil unit of warriors, this could be Sword Board Tzeentch/Nurgle or even Nurgle+Halberds for striking power, banner could be swiftness if you need to keep up, or if you are facing cannons/non-BS shooting, you can take blasted on Tzeentch. Chariots are good for a hammer and are pretty amazing, but don't cheap out on models in the anvil for this. Marauders on foot are a trap, Empire Halberdiers and baseline Marauders are the same cost pointswise, this is without the +1S from halberds and +1AS from light armor, only to get 1+WS and +1I, and if you try to make them tooled up, they can get pricy (light armor+shield+MoT makes it worth 1/100 of an 1000pt game). Horsemen are used for hunting warmachines/chaff with MoS and flails. Dogs are good cheap chaff give them vanguard for some fun. Forsaken are... ehhh... sprinting warriors with weird rules and funky "marks" (not proper marks! that means chars from a different god can join them).
PS:Skullcrushers>Knights usually, but they are rare and can be fenzy baited...

Thanks for tips. Probably go with the halberb nurgle warrior anvil then and a chariot or 2 in core. Do you think 2 chariot and 2 gorebeasts is overkill?

Going back to the bsb. Do you recon anybody would have a problem if i converted the archaon model to be my bsb?

Has anyone used Belakor?
I like that he is very strong against elven shooting. Hes totally getting owned by cannons though. The -1LD bubble is cool, but he doesn't have a lore that synergises with it well
