AoS Lord-Celestant conversion for Lord on Daemonic Mount?

So I want to add a Hero/Lord on Daemonic Mount to my army but want a mount that is visually more daemonic/monstrous than the one from the GW model.
Thinking of using the Lord-Celestant from the AoS starter set as the basis, just looking for opinions/suggestions/inspiration before I start sourcing parts. Anyone know if it'd fit on the correct base size for a daemonic mount?

I have actually started this conversion. I bought the AoS starter kit then decided to turn the storm casts into chaos models. The celestant model had to be mounted on a chariot base for the sheer size of the model. There isn't a lot of "room to move" as far as changing the pose as the model is built in a sequence. I have however been able to change the head of the celestant, vary the mounts head slightly though I have had to greenstuff the neck due to position change. I have also added some bits to "chaos" up the rider and mount though has taken some planning and my conversion still isn't finished as yet.

But hope you can come up with something and can make a great model.

Cheers,

Dark
