Hey Leoparden, welcome to the Chamber.

The usual way would be to choose a Mark of Chaos for them based on one of the Chaos gods (Nurgle, Khorne, Tzeentch or Slaanesh), or have them 'Undivided' - not pledging allegiance to any particular god.

Each has their own unique colour schemes that are used as highlight colours, or for the whole suit of armour:
Nurgle, the god of decay - Green, rusted metal, maybe brown
Khorne, the god of rage - Red, bronze/brass
Tzeentch, the god of magic and conspiracy - Blue, bright steel
Slaanesh, the god of excess and pleasure - Pink/purple
Undivided - Black, steel

Of course, it's up to you how you paint them. Many people disregard these general colours entirely. To get started, you could do a Google search for each suggestion here ("Khorne Chaos Knights", "Undivided Chaos Knights", etc).

Have fun :)
