So, have a 3way game of Storm of Magic coming up tomorrow. I know it is going to come up, so figured I would ask. If someone wants to target a close combat that their army is not in with shooting or spells, is that legal? If so, how is it resolved? Randomize the hits, kinda like Skaven do, or can they legitimately pick their targets as normal? THANKS! |

Don't think there is a set rule. Would suggest discussing it before deployment and deciding. Personally, if its a SoM game, so meant to be more fun so would angle for maximum carnage. |

Yeah, didn't think there was a set rule to it. I saw the scenario in the rulebook involving free-for-alls, but didn't see anything representing how to handle shooting into close combat you aren't involved with. I like your idea. When in doubt, always err on the side of carnage...BRILLIANT! |
