Question on casting spells

Here's the scenario:

Two wizards, both are Loremaster of the same lore. Can they each cast the same spell in the same turn?

The wording says "Each wizard can only attempt each spell once per phase."

I'm thinking yes?

If this was FAQ'd, let me know, I haven't looked at the main rule book FAQ in awhile...

Don't see why not, provided they both know it.

I was under the impression that you could have multiples of a spell if there is no way for them not to overlap?! So a level 4 and a loremaster could have the same spells. I think it was a GW person who said that, so no book reference I'm afraid.

if both wizards have loremaster, both wizards know all of the spells and can therefore both attempt the spell per phase.

you cant have the same spells in an army when they have to roll on the tables before hand, because the wizards inherantly know the spells through loremaster you are fine.

i always imagine this restriction is set for the few special characters that know 2-3 or all of the spells of a lore just because they are a special character and this doesn't restrict you from taking another wizard in the same lore for synergy.

i believe this is in the FAQ for the BRB, i'm currently at work and dont have it to hand :(
