I am still completely captivated by the the Warriors of Chaos in this months White Dwarf done by Julian Bayliss. Amazing conversions, many of wich I am still trying to figure out what parts he has used. His painting style is absolutely beautiful as well. Does anyone know if he has a website? If so, please share! |

I know what you mean about his chaos troops, and i much like yourself am trying to find out the parts used. The article says he uses a lot of the chaos knight pieces however looking closely at the models its tricky to see where and what he has used. The only stuff i can find is pics of Julian's vampire counts army that someone else has found and posted on there blog. Much like yourself i was blown away by the level of conversions Julian has done, and have formulated some ideas from Julian's work. I really like his dark colour scheme which gives the miniatures a very menacing feel. Unfortunately i dont have links directly to Julian's work sorry :(. Cheers Dark |

Darkoth, I have seen his VC pics posted on someone elses blog as well, amazing work. I am looking at waist and leg secitons on the models and it looks as though maybe these come from some Space Wolf bits perhaps? What ever he used I have to find these pieces. I like how there are a nice mix of skulls, chains and fur on these sections. Also, clever use of the Bloodletter champion head for the helm on the warrior. I really enjoy his unit sorcerer as well. |

Google 'Julian Bayliss Warhammer' and you'll find his website as the first or second hit. |

Negative, those are not his website, just photos that other fans may have found and collected. If you know that he has an official site please post the direct link, thanks! |
