Depends on you tactic I would say. You have a pretty fast army and the Chosen Warriors of Khorne might have a hard time to cath up. Of course you could use them as a solid centre, which you army more or less rotates around. But if you take the knights you won't be slowed down by a move of 4 like the warriors have compare to the minium move 5 of you beastmen, and a lot of unites have even higher. But it all goes down to you tactic and what roll these unites have on the battle field. If you are looking for a unite that have HUGE stamine in fights and a very good chance of standing against almost any charge from the enemies best "charge-break-anything-and-kill-them" unites then the warriors are best. They have numbers, always good and a armour save of 2+, like most armies heavy cavallery. Since they have 3 attacks each they are also able to cause a few wounds even if only one or two of them are left after a charge. They won't be very fragile to enemy missile fire and can take a few casulties before they start to lose combat effectivness, unlike most other beast unites which for the most time don't have any high armour saves. The knights are among the best chargers and can break almost anything even in a frontal charge. So if you want another fast and really powerful unite that can cath up with the speed of the rest of the army then knights are best. They can easily make a large mess of, more or less anything. The problem is that missile fire might make them loss a lot of their combat potentional even after just one or two losses. I would persanally say the knights. This because they can keep up with the army and your army looks quite much like it is a fast moving and charging oriented army and the warriors may simply be to slow to cath up and be of any worth in an army like that. |

Well it depends on your stategy & what your opponent plays, but I can help you with this: you cannot have 2 units of furies, they´re 0-1 (& special, meaning you have specialunits)... |

NNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! :D jsut playin damn oh well I guess I do have special units in that case I'll drop one unit of furies and take the anvil I love the idea of that solid mass of core units. He will be at my house for the better part of a month so I'll play almost all his armies. He's been playing since 2nd edition where as I only started about a year ago now. His armies Dwarfes (his fav:my fav to play against) O&G a grimgor list and an all night gobbo list (fanatics blow) <_< TK (I always decimate these) Skaven (The bane of my existence) Brets (from what I hear all knights very fast and good magic) Empire (from what I hear great cannons good infantry light magic) I never faced humies before but I've played all the others and am pretty confident about all but the skaven. If I have room I think I'll put my trolls in there and keep them close to my doombull maybe as intial line breakers especially with Vomit :D then bring in the doombull. |

The anvil will probably be better against those armies he´s playing... Some Centigors could be useful aswell if you have the points over (which I guess you have since you can´t have all those Furies) & Good luck to you then! |

I'll give you a hint about brets(which I have started collecting). Get the bsb. Trust me, it'll save you hassle. Avoid fihtng any pegasus knights if possible. Pick any grail knights off in challenges, and use your furies to take damsels, and trebuchets(which can be devastating). And remember, the lowest units can easily spit out a unit of men at arms-the worst core troop i've come accross since clanrats and slaves. A watch for bowmen too- a very handy unit to have on the table. Well that's my 2p anyway, ignore it if you want. |

Grail knights are the toughest knights in the game Yes a damsel is their mage(a woman) And they wouldn't. Your minos would have sandwiches with the peasants as the filling. |

the prayer gives them (all knights) a 5+ ward save (IIRC), but if they ever flee from combat they lose it (that's not honourful you know ;) ) and I think it could be helpful to know that peasants can use the knights' leadership if they're within 6" or something like that. but I'm sure WT500 can answer all you questions a lot better then I can, because he has the armybook ;) |
