"You there! Come and fight me like a man!"Lord Chamon Ash of the Yeti tribe bellowed at the enemy chieftain, as the Yeti tribe fought on against the oncomers. "Bastard! You will die this day!"the chieftain shouted back fighting his way towards Chamon, who was fighting well atop Bloodreaper, the ssteed of Everlasting Damnation. "Bring it, Dog!"chamon roared, bringing the twin axes Shuto and ochi down upon a horseman, crippling him, before dismounting. The chieftain reached Chamon, and the two started fighting hand to hand, like rabid dogs, neither making sufficient blows. The Yeti tribe usually answered only to the one with the Yeti sword, but when the old chieftain, Relmar Tigermouth, took it with him into daemonhood, the tribe needed to answer to something, so Chamon took to power, being Relmars most trusted lieutenant. Chamon had made many changes since the tribe had fought the Middenheimer reinforcements. Shyish'phak, the great sorceror, now taught the people of the Yeti tribe in the arts of shadow and death magic, and Greman had made the riders of the 6th night grow from the 6 left, to 60 hardened troops. Chamon had united many of the norscan tribes, but his force was unwieldy, and should he want to follow in Relmars footsteps, he would need to do something to gain there trust. The old Yeti chariot hade been salvaged, and rebuilt. However now that the tribe was growing, more chariots had been made, and the yeti chariot led them. But tthat is history, Chamon was doing battle now! His adversary fell to the ground, his chest pierced. "You have won, Lord Chamon. You mus, must be truly b-be blessed of the d-dark f-four..."the chieftain said, in his last breath. "Give up! Your chief is dead! Why fight, wheen you will lose?! You can join the ever growing force of the Yeti! Join us or die!" Chamon spat at the remnants of the defeated tribe, who gave up immediately. * * * "Is it done, Chamon?" asked Shyish'Phak as they got back to the town of their home,"are we ready?" "We are, Shyish'phak, we need no more troops. We need boats."Chamon replied. "boats? Why do we need boats?" asked Greman from his oplace, leaning against the wall. "To get the crown"Chamon replied simply. "Crown? What the hell are you talking about Chamon?"questioned Shyish'Phak. "The Crown of Tekranoc. It is a crown from the island of Minianantus. It provides it's wearer with immortallity-something I could use to finally get my tribes trust." "Why did you not tell us of this before, my lord?" consulted Shyish'phak. "That is of no consequence. I have a job for you Shyish'phak. Take one of Gremans horses, and go south to the Lynsk. There, summon up a vortex, and bring the once mighty Thunderlord back from the dead. He is your only equal in magic i'm sure, and i want to make a suitable distraction for the forces on the two harbour cities before we arrive. If he lives beyond that, we will use him for our own exploits..."Chamon explained. "I'll get to it."the sorceror said. "We'll be ready upon your return." And so they got to their work. * * * It took a month for the sorceror to return, and it also took a month for the fleet to be built. Every man, woman, and child spent every working hour building boats, and so they were finished in time. They were all ready, and they set out for open sea. Shyish'Phak, Chamon, Greman, and several other bodyguard were in the lead ship, in council. "This is suicide, Chamon! Relmar would never have gone through with this!"Greman said "I am not Relmar"Chamon replied. They spent the rest of the voyage in silence. * * * A storm was brewing high above the fleet. The waves were growing larger. The fleet was being thrown about, and several ships had been overturned. It was Hell. They pushed on, but could not make it to the main island. "We'll have to dock Chamon!" shouted Greman. "I suppose we will. Captain!" Chamon shouted at the ship captain. "My Lord?" "Which is the nearest isle?" "The Crystal city of Levin, my lord" "land there. Urge the fleet onwards, we must land within the hour." "Sir."said the captain walking away. * * * The great fleet landed, and they were reduced. From the many ships they had, over half of them had been lost in the storm. However, Chamon had arrived, and with him, a large force of the dark four. "We must stay here only until the storm clears."stated Chamon. "It won't pass."replied Shyish'Phak. "Pardon?" "It's from Tzeentch. Their presence is so strong here, that the storm will stay until they leave, or are wiped off the face of the island. It is a high disturbance in the winds of magic. However, they are not the only ones present here. I sence a great plague on the other side of the island, which points to Nurgle." "Then we must carve out a home on this isle!"Chamon bellowed, as the followers of the dark four left their ships, and onto Levin... |

you forgot shyish phak and maybe Greman..?? but this indeed is a lot better then how it used to be ;) still not as good as the thunderlord, but I guess that is because when writing about the thunderlord you can concentrate on one person, rather then having to deal with whole armies.. |
