THis fluff is writeen specifically for the animosity campaign, so maybe this will stir up some interest... *Shrug* maybe not... Rhakii marched at the head of his bestial host, their guttural voices echoed behind him. The march from Talabheim had been long, but the beasts had been energized by the promises of blood their shaman had made. Blood that could be found at Orcsterford. Rhakii marched, deep in thought. His mind wandered back to the storm, to the days when all the children of chaos poured forth in their great numbers. It had been mere weeks but already the memories were fading from Rhakii's mind. In their place, was anger. The might of the Gods had been pushed back by weakling men and the children of chaos had been forced back into the forests. Khazrak One-Eye had failed and only Rhakii had the strength and cunning to threaten his leadership. Rhakii had studied Khazrak, looked deep into him for weakness and found all that he needed... It was only a matter of time before Rhakii's herd was large enough to challenge Khazrak. And that time was near... Rhakii was shocked back tot he real world by the stench. The stench that could only be orcs. With a guttural roar, Rhakii turned to his host. The beasts stopped and stood strong. A bloodlust growing in their eyes. Rhakii scanned his host. The minotaurs, guardians of his very own herdstone, towered above the gors, their great weapons clutched tight in their enormous hands. The ranked bestigors halted, their pieced together armor hung over their shoulders and their axes, many of which were large then the gors that carried them, were slung over their shoulders. Over their heads flew a standard, its fabric covered by blasted tzeentch runes, gifted to Rhakii from the Lord Marixis before his departure from Talabheim. Rhakii's grin grew from horn to horn as he viewed his host with satisfaction. "Release the hounds" he barked in the guttural dark tongue that beasts called their own. The children of chaos rushed forward behind the hounds and Beastlord Rhakii. The orcs, that the beasts had smelled long before they had seen them, had been hastily arrayed for battle, their boss still barking orders to the boar riders on the left flank. Rhakii barked something to a small herd of Gors and they disappeared into the forest on the right side of the battlefield. With that last order, Rhakii raised his head and roared, charging forward to meet the orcs. The gors in the forest watched as the chariots on the right and the boars on the left crashed through the warhounds. The boar's rush continued straight into the armored bestigors who were more than prepared for the charge. Whips of lightning lashed out against the boars, sending orcs flying and driving boars into the dirt. As the orcs hit the bestigor lines they were hewn in half by the gors well placed strikes. The boars broke, and as the fled the runes on the bestigors standard lashed lightning at the fleeing creatures. The chariots on the right were halted by the counter charge of the minotaurs. Their eyes filled with lust for blood. Chariots were splintered by the great axes of the beasts and the crew was powerless to stop the frightening creatures. With cries to their dark gods, the beasts rushed out of the forest and into a large block of orcs rushing in behind the chariots. The orcs already demoralized by the slaughter they had just witnessed were cut to pieces by the enthusiastic beasts. They turned tale and ran, the beasts on their heels, chopping them down as they ran. Rhakii strode forward, his axe cutting down orc after orc. A large unruly mob of beasts had gathered behind him. Rhakii halted and his eyes met with those of the boss leading the orcs. With a roar that shook the very bones of the orc mob, Rhakii charged, his beasts even overtaking the beastlord's pace. The herd crashed into the block of orcs. The fighting was fierce and Rhakii cut down dozens of orcs. For a moment it seemed like the fight had stopped as Rhakii looked upon one of the largest orcs he had ever seen. His snarl grew and the combat around them did actually stop. The orcs and beasts moved out, giving the two gladiators space, their eyes fixated upon the massive combatants. The tension grew, but Rhakii held the gaze of the orc boss. The orcs pertinence failed and he charged forward, a wickedly spiked mace was clutched in both his hands. Rhakii's grin returned and with a simple sidestep, the orc fell off balance and stumbled. Rhakii clutched his axe firmly and turned, bringing his weapon around and severing the head of the orc in one deft blow. The orcs could only watch in awe as their leaders head fell to the ground followed by the collapse of his body to the dirt. The beasts invigorated by the victory rushed against the morally defeated orcs and cut them down as they fled. Rhakii lifted the head of the warboss to his head. He stared into the eyes of the orc. Rhakii reached into the eye socket of the decapitated head and ripped a single eye out. "Khazrak will feel the power of Rhakii" he thought and smiled. "He will feel my blade" |

Nice story, but I doubt heŽll be greater than Khazrak (whom is the most succesful Beastlord since well ever, not even Gorthor was as succesful as Khazrak). |

Hehe yea I know he won't ever achieve that status... but who ever said he wasn't arrogant ;p More than likely, instead of directly challenging khazrak he is going to take his fame and make a name for himself elsewhere... He isn't dumb just cocky |

Heheh I have explanation for both of them ;p First the story is adapted from a TK battle I fought where I substituted as close as I could... The TK player charged me with probably the biggest calv unit I have ever seen... failed to kill a single bestigor and was chopped down in return ;p Maybe I should have made it goblin wolf riders... As for the warboss... I figured in a challange and orc hero choice wouldn't stand much of a chance against a beastlord. *shrug* it is mostly just the adaption from TK |
