right you should be shoot for using DoW in a khorne army for fluff reasons alone, but anyways. What do i mean fluff, khorne warriors just wanna kill things for the bloodgod, it dont matter who dies, khorne dont care so keeping this is mind you think a bunch of DoW are gona even get asked what the price is? no, they are just gona be added to the skulls under khornes throne. Chosen unit, you dont need a unit of 20, your better of having unit of 15 with the warbanner, its alot cheaper and has the same effect in combat. Good to see some warhounds, but a khorne army with no khorne daemons but undivded :o :o :huh: :blink: :angry: Get some flesh hounds you!!! :angry: (bloodletters suck over chaos warriors) why make you generals unit so much bigger, its to many points in one place, very bad idea., perhaps male all your units of minos 5 strong and try and atleast get a standard in the other units, will help alot in combat. extra hand weapons would be a good thing for your beast heards. khornigor unit is ok but i havent seen them do much, then again thats against myu khorne army and i tend to shread them. not a big fan of giants, if you can find the points some dragons ogres instead with great weapons, they can take alot more and deal alot more. *slap* have i mentioned my hatred of DoW ? :angry: :angry: |

I like to use the giant as a bullet magnet being a large target and all. the large unit for the general is for the look out sir rule I can loose 1 mino and still use the rule. a la empire gunline/cannon train thingy I just hate blood hounds man sorry I can't do it I hate the must charge rule enough as is let alone put it on my dogs. The dragon ogres I can see for the giant but the leadbelchers are so friggin' awesome. plus I already shelled out the moneyfor that unit I guess I could get some warriors for them. Dow hatred Brotha's out ta make a buck and you dissin' :blink: sorry anyway I like 'em. you sound like an elitest :P |

you hate the must charge rule and use Khorne!!!!!!!!!! wtf dude, why do you use khorne, im sorry saying that and using a khorne is actually really funny :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: and stand by my comment on DoW, you want shooting then you collect the wrong army, period, they would more ok in tzeentch or undivided, but khorne, nah way to outta place. its fair enough with the large unit but you should atleast bulk you other units up so they are more of a target, the look out sire roll is all good but your gona attract alot of fire, wouldnt it be nice if they got to combat attractine alot less, i know id shoot them over a giant. yes take dragon ogres, they are better than a giant B) :rolleyes: |

Seems like a pretty solid list. I like your idea of the giant being a bullet magnet- if your opponent shoots it, the majority of your army will be all over them unscaved, if s/he doesn't, well, there's not going to be much left. A for deployment, i suggest putting the giant in the middle with your minotaur units and khorngor, with the beast herds guarding the flanks, and the hounds perhaps guarding the extreme flanks. The units of mino's are fine! If anything I would definatly leave the general's unit at the same size (and kudos on taking the bloodkine to absorb challenges) I may drop that standard however... If anything I would make the units of minos at 3 and add another unit with 40 points you could free from all kinds of places... otherwise it looks great! |
