Those links will take you to my other stories...

The Saga of Beastlord Rhakii
Part 1: Mysterious Ways...
Part 2: The Ratmen of the Underworld...

Into the Depths Below...

Rhakii walked as though the Lord of Change guided his every step, and it was likely he did. The herd shifted in and out of the shadows of the surrounding trees. Rhakii stepped into a clearing and raised his hand quickly. The herd came to a stop and weapons were brought to the ready position.

Rhakii stepped into the clearing by himself, his great axe clutches in both his hands. As he came to the center of the clearing several large rats appeared, their clothes were dark in their hands were small sharp weapons. As the first approached Rhakii's back, he turned and swung his axe across. The rat, or rather the 2 halves of him, fell to the ground. With an ear-splitting roar, the fight was joined by the herd. Rats were slain in their dozens and Rhakii merely watched. He watched as rats fell, their blood flowing freely. He watched as rats were cut down as the tried to flee. He watched as a single rat snuck away, and into a large cave just outside of the clearing.

As the final rat was cut to pieces by the savage beasts, Rhakii walked across the body strewn field. Rolgash approached him quickly.

"Why did you not join the battle lord?" Rolgash stated obviously a little surprised.

Rhakii turned towards the shaman casually and spoke four words.

"Tzeentch has other plans"

Rhakii turned back and left the clearing, traveling slowly into the cave and the depths below.
