Aye, I've posted in the thread for the Host of the EverChosen (to be known as HotEC from now on? :P ), though you may come to realize that I'm not actually named End of Mankind, or any variant thereof, over there, but Prince Aldaher (hey! I was in the first campaign too, it was between elves and elves, what elf calls himself Eom? ;) ). |

@ Narmo: Go on! Join us! A faction is only made cool by its members. BUT, are we going to hijack the HOTEC (urgh, rubbish name... can we call ourselves the Host instead?) organisation and do it here? a unified, COTEC run Chaos force? like the Chamber in Twilight War. |

Nagathi thought of the same idea for the forest-pixies. Since we all know how his leadership turns out I'd advise against any actions resembling his  But seriously, there isn't really any scheming to be done when there are only two sides. Y'all will have a private forum and there will be many non COTEC folk who will join the Chaos faction but will still want to play a major role in it's organization. It may be less hassle to just do everything at Asur.org at first. just my two cents |

Fingol I really dount there will be more people in the chaos faction outside the cotec, and if that was the case: the COTEC could create their own legion. |

While I couldn't actually find a link to the campaign rules, I think this should help you out a bit. Basically, you sign up for a certain faction (all of them are listed in NE's link), and you get assigned a hero and some troops. Your screen may then look like this: Screen shot sneak peak. There you can see several units, and your character. As you can see, there are several units you can have. Now, next thing you do, is move to a certain location. There'll be a map up sooner or later. Then at the end of the day, the turn is closed, and you can't move anymore. The computer looks at the area you're in, and sees if there are any enemies in there. If there are, you two get to fight. Depending on the composition of both your armies, and the tactics you have selected (breakthrough, etc, this is new for this campaign!), a bunch of people will die, and a winner will be declared. Depending on how many people you lost and if you won/drew/lost, you will get a certain number of points, and with these points you can buy all sorts of cool stuff (replenish units, buy new units, buy new equipment for your char, etc). The side that holds the most victories on one spot generally owns the area (but if it's really close, like only 2 wins difference, it'll be a neutral area), and I think the goal for this campaign is for each side to kill the other. Hope that helped a bit! If not, go screw yourself or something.. <_< :P |

Thanks EoM. So the key info is that it doesn't use actual WH battles. And personally I would prefer for it to be run here, largely becuase we could use it as an opportunity to advertise COTEC. Sure, it may be an arrogant and selfish reason, but at the end of the day its us who will be generating interest in their campaign, the least we deserve is a little in return! :P |

Well acolite, you could always try to talk with the asur.org lores, or me if you want as I know some of them. However you can still create a forum to discuss COTEC strategies for the campaign here. |

I wasn't being overly serious, Narmo, I was only really joking about the advertising thing, but sadly the smileys seem to be down so I can't use them and make it obvious that I'm joking. But having it run from here does 'unify' it if you see what I mean. This way it would feel obvious that we are running our own god-damn faction. We did it for all the other campaigns, and others did it for ours, so I see no reason why anyone should object. |

Whatever works, all I can do is make suggestions. I don't think the people of Nehekhara would have ever encountered Chaos before, at least not that anyone could remember. This should be fun  |

Guess I'll give it a try then. Far be it for Lord Augrimm to miss a chance to expand his (and thus Tzeentch's) influence. B) It's time to make their souls SCREAM....... |

Oh yeah, time to wheel out all those battle-scarred and famous warlords, boys! Slythe may have been a tad silent during TW, but he plans to unleash some pwnage hard on these pansy elves and decomposing humans now! Wait... the nehekharans are dead, right? Oh wait, this is set in the past, isn't it? |
