Most likely yes, How they can hide one in the forests but not a Shaggoth is beyond my comprehension. But I guess GW wants to stick with Dragon Ogres as mountain cave monsters. Appart from that, I hope they'll gain some really cool units, they do deserve them! Cheers, |

A Shaggoth is much bigger than a Giant being the size of mountains. |

I was just thinking what gaps Beasts had after losing the HOC stuff one of them is characters, they have what 5? I think someone said a hero level Minotaur character and a mino wizard, maybe they could have a Centigor hero too. And for the love of God keep chariots! |

Chariots are definitely in. Thank mrtn for that relief. There is no Minotaur caster but there is meant to be a Centigor character. |

You mean a normal hero/lord option or a special character? |

i could see it being a unit upgrade, like some kind of champion of the centigors...... mino hero would be good. an entire mino army goood times |

Any thing about Marks? I mean apart from characters what Beast units can take marks? Bestigors, Minotaurs and thats it. Tuskgor Chariots are limited to only Undivided so if you count that it's 3! Both Chariots and Centigors should be able to take marks, If they retain Giants and Ogres that will be two more. Considering that things like Marauders and Marauder Horsemen and nearly everthing else in the mortal list can take marks, you'd assume Beasts will be the same. |

Ogres are definitely not in, and what makes you assume Chariots will only be able to be undivided? Apart from the fact that undivided will most likely be scraped just like WoC, the current Beastmen chariots can take any mark. Anyway, other than units it is way to early to really say anything for definite and the book won't be in print until around April, just loads can change between now and then. |

If WoC is any indicator, it will be a centigor special character that counts as a hero. Hopefully the Doombull doesn't get neutered ... bad enough beast players must choose between minotaur core and ambush when it's time to pick a general. Then again, it looks like there might not be much of a choice for special units as is. |
