Howdy all, first post here at the chamber, I'm a regular at Bugmans and W-E and a general lurker at TWF and just started Mortals with the new Warriors book (had decided to start the army back in February 2008 so don't call me a bandwagon boy :P) and have decided to go with a mainly Nurgle plan and as a note I do follow the old style god restrictions on combinations and themeiness of the magic items so don't try to tell me to go with 3-4 gods in the mix. I would like opinions though :) Here we go. Hey, I like the overall feel of it a lot - I'd change some of the items though. The skull (as someone else said) and conjoined humunculous aren't worth it, especially on Ld8 - you'll probably only get a couple of good magic phases in and being unable to cast anything in 1/3 of those is too high risk IMO. I'd tend to swap them for a power familiar and a palanquin, and the filth mace for a flail and book of secrets. I'd also give the exalted with black tongue a mount and flail, as well as mounting the other sorcerer. Good stuff for sticking with a theme. |

Heh. On the other forum I put this list on I got hit with a different minor bit of smack on the theme with my units. I didn't even notice I didn't have any multiples of 7 on my marked units... On the topic of the palanquin. I don't have one modeled up at this point and probably won't be able to do one before then. As it is I'm going to have a rough time getting those warshrines up and running in time. |

Well, after getting somewhat castigated by my local group for not having enough instances of the Nurgle's Mystic Number 7 in my list I decided to tweak things slightly.
