This list is designed for local events, hope it ends up being a fun army to play with and against. My goal is to be competive, yet not fall into the over the top nasty army build. Characters: Sorcerer Lord of Tz [General] w/ Disc, Charm Shield, WS of Perservation, Warrior Familiar, Sword of Might, Favour of the Gods, 3rd Eye of Tz and Stream of Curruption Exalted Champion of Tz w/ Shield, Book of Secrets & Power Familiar Exalted Champion of Tz [BSB] w/ Shield & Armour of Destiny Core: 15 Warriors of Tz w/ FC, Shields & Banner of Rage 15 Warriors of Tz w/ FC & Shields 29 Marauders of Tz w/ FC & Shields 5 War Hounds 5 War Hounds Special: 1 Chaos Chariot 1 Chaos Chariot 1 Chaos Chariot Rare: Hellcannon Warshrine of Tz Yes, I use my Sorcerer Lord of Tz in combat. He has the combat punch of a 3rd Exalted Champion. It's a mono list with NO Puppet or double Hellcannon. So I hope it will be a fun list to play against. GoC |

It certainly looks like an entertaining list to run :D I can see how to tweak it and where you've left things out to deafen the blow of the list - good and friendly ;) Doesn't look overtly cheesy, but still functional. |

I'd change this unit: 15 Warriors of Tz w/ FC, Shields & Banner of Rage Drop mark & give them Halberds, or drop the Banner, since they don't get the benefit of the Parry rule anyway (frenzied troops doesn't get the bonus). Not sure chariots are the way to go under the new rules, I'd prefer some trolls over them, but other than that I think the list looks fine as it is. |

Snyggejygge: You are right, I need to drop the Shields on this unit. I might just give them extra hand weapon. Now the 1st rank will get 4 attacks each. Or I could swap out the banner, Then put my Exalted Champion of Tz on a Daemon Mount with his Armour of Destiny. GoC |

I worry about he Tzc Sorcerer Lord...mainly gateway...being a bit over the top would you rate a level 4 with death magic...and on a steed? Other wise three chariots seems a bit much...but in the current rule set would work really well with your blocks of troops... |

I hope the 3 Chariots will work in the list, as I need something to help break opponents unit blocks in combat. They can keep up with my foot troops, also can help protect the flank of my lines. As far as Gateway being too much, the common Lores have spells 2x better the Gateway now. So I do not think that's much of a pronlem. We all know magic got a huge upgrade in 8th edition. GoC |
