Again, it actually says that a "character may not have a different mark from his chariot". |

Isn't that what i said :) I should have worded that better. No one at my local gaming club could figure out what portion of the chariot benefits from the +1 attack from frenzy. in the end we decided we would allow the warriors only to benefit. The argument for this is there are no mounts that can be marked. Do any of you think it's worth marking a chariot Khorne for just 2 extra attacks? I think if I was going to take an Khorne marked combat character I would opt for a Jugger long before I would mount him on a chariot. |

Agreed you are loosing 3 st 5 attacks for 2 St 5 attacks and a Stomp. You do loose the impact hits though but get the buff to the AS. I maybe could see 2 Chariots running in tandem one with an exalted on it with a Halberd or something. You could use them as pretty effective flankers. I have 2 painted as Khorne not sure what to do with them maybe Ill play around with them after Ard Boyz and see how they do. They may be the answer to a nimble flanker that Chaos needs because Marader Horsemen don't cut it anymore and Knights are too unwieldy to be 100% effective at it. |

So you're paying 30 points for one attack more if there's a character inside? That'ld be the most expensive mark in the entire book then. I figure that either it affects the entire chariot, or it is very due a FAQ lowering the cost badly (to a maximum of 20, since that's what you'ld pay for 2 characters to get it... and even then it'ld be crazy expensive.). |

I cant find a rule to back up the fact that an unmarked chariot is not a different mark than what a character may have. So I have no choice but to retract my previous comment and support that you do not have to buy a chariot a mark to mount a character. Although I do think it is opposite of rules as intended, that's just my opinion though. |

They really need a call center so we can get up to the minute answers by the professionals! |

They had one. It was called the Roolzboys, and they were notoriously useless as a source of answers. Ask them the exact same question ten times and you would get ten completely different and totally contradictory answers. They might even still be there. It was just the mail-order trolls doing extra work. |

They have a place you can e-mail your questions but they flat out don't answer. I gave up on asking them questions. |
