I am starting a new WoC army. I started off with my giant since I wanted to paint something big and different from what I have in the past. I also did a test scheme for my Tzeentch warriors with their human flesh capes. All feedback is welcome! That giant looks pissed! Warrior looks good, bright highlights always scare me, but its probably only because I can't do them well. His helmet is my favorite part. |

Really nice work. I can't wait to see a unit of those warriors finished and ranked up. |

Oh man, that giant is amazing! Really love the conversion, and an equally good paint job! Pilch |

Thanks for the nice comments. Two points I was tossed up on were... #1- Do I put a chaos star style tattoo on the belly of the giant, like on the GW example one they use in the book, only in black rather than red? #2- Do do I another test warrior in the same style only with Regal Blue as the base rather than Necron Abyss? If I did come up from regal blue I would do more shading and make the edge less prominent, but it would look cleaner. Opinions? |

His belly is pretty one tone (atleast the front section), that star may help to add some contrast, but I know little about how well colours match or don't. I think it'd maybe be a good idea! No idea about the second question, sorry. :/ |

Modle a gaping sidways maw on the front. Those always look cool. |

Try #2, most of my warriors are based on this colour and got a highlight with Enchanted Blue. Looks pretty nice. But your version of a warrior is good looking, too. I guess you should just paint one in the alternative paint scheme, put them side by side and then you can decide which look you prefer. Greetings Eta |

I added a chaos star to his belly in a purple as I will most often run him with the mark of Slaanesh. It broke up the boring flat color stomach well. Thanks for the tips! Posted Image |
