I was thinkin sumthing like

Exalted Hero Mok, Helm of many eyes, gold sigel sword, charmed shield, luckstone, stream of corruption (195)

He has always strike 1st with initiative 10(so i should strike b4 the elf n remove his rerolls)
5 S5 attacks
3+ armour reroll 1time(with charmed shield 2+ 1time save)

cant wait 2 c the high elf player bein like well i attack 1st :D

You won't attack first and the HoME already removes the elves re-rolls. BRB p66 ASF:
"If a model with this rule is fighting an enemy with the same ability, the Attacks are made simultaneously, and neither model benefits from the re-rolls normally granted by this rule."

O my bad didnt look at the rule book on that, thout the Asf would cancel each other out n then initiative would play a roll

the only chance to attack first is if the HE uses always strike last weapons.

Your always strike first makes both guys striking same time like
written in the rules.
But now comes his always strike last in play if he uses a great weapon.

Sadly no. They have ASF even with great weapons. It is in their army book and affirmed in their FAQ.

Against HE troops I use a disc rider with 1+/4++. Only Phoenix Guard and Dragon Princes have high enough Init to have re-rolls. With the mobility of the disc usually I can charge from behind or from the side resulting just 2 or 4 attacking HE models.

Against HE characters, an exalted only have some chance with a good ward save. You will strike last. You can use shadow magic to deny his re-rolls.

i completely agree here.
HE still have ASF despite always strike last.
But Always strike last doesn't dissapear.
As soon as the opponent also own something ASF, always strike last kicks in as kind of penalty.
At least this is the last thing i heard from people regarding to this concern

I'm pretty positive that if a model has both ASL and ASF they cancel out and the model will strike at initiative.

A build i love using against Elves is:

Chaos Lord:
Mark of Tzeentch
Disc of Tzeentch
Talisman of Endurance
Enchanted Shield
Sword that gives +2 Attacks
The other Trickster's Shard

Sure you will most likely strike last but a 1+/4++ should see you through the storm and 7 S5 attacks with re-rolls to ward saves should take out T3 High Elves pretty easily.

They will strike first.

Official FAQ:
Quote:

Q: The Speed of Asuryan special rule states that " all High Elves
have the special rule Always Strike First, regardless of the weapon
they are wielding. " How does this interact with a great weapons
Always Strike Last? (p43)

A: The army book will take precedence in this situation. For
example, a Sword Master would strike first with his great
weapon. If his Initiative value is equal to or higher than his
opponent's, he will also benefit from a re-roll to hit.

A Chaos Lords should have no problem, though most of the time I give him Trickster's Helmet against HE. Combined with T5 it is quit hard to kill. Enough room for Sword of Might and Talisman of Endurance. IMHO S6 is better against armour and dragons (some HE player still uses them).
