My list idea 12 Warriors of Tzeentch Halberds Sheilds Blasted Banner 265pts Exalted Hero of Tzeentch GW 133pts 12 Marauders MoK Flails 132pts I know he is taking two bolt throwers and at least 10 crossbowers. As for the rest I have no clue what he is bringing. Im going to be honest I have no idea how to go about playing this game with him. The odds are more grim than 40k's atmopshere. The table we are going to be playing on is going to be 4x4 and the options for terrain include alot of hills and ruins. Any ideas on terrain placement and maybe some tactics on getting to his shooters alive? The list is very open for change. Any advice or tips are always very much appreciated. Thanks! |

I think you need some speed here... How about: Chaos Sorc, enchanted shield, lore of fire - 115 12 Warriors of Tzeentch, Halberds, Shields, Mus, Std - 240 Chariot of Slaanesh - 120 5 warhounds - 30 You can use the warhounds to screen your block from BS shooting. That'll give you some hard cover to work with to make it harder to hit you. A basic chaos Sorc with fire will rock dwarves at this point level (maximum magic missile will pop a unit of quarrelers each turn), and the chariot will add some additional power. If he's got 2 bolt throwers and a unit of crossbows, he's not going to have a lot else... Good luck! |

Iv'e never used a chariot before because I never had one to use. Same for the war hounds, but for this game we okayed the use of proxys. What size are those bases? |

The Chariot would be 50x100. The dogs are 25x50, commonly known as cavalry bases.

id take some maurauder horse. you can vanguard them up the table to get closer mark of slanesh woudl make them immune to panic so even if he shoots one or two they wont panic. Then you can charge a bolt thrower and flail it to death. he will then have to chose to leave you in his rear and possibly flank him, or use a second round of shooting to clear you out. all the while you warriors are marching closer. mhorse are fairly cheap as well... |
