I just bought this box today. And was pleasantly suprised.
It costs alot for what is essentially ten smallish size models. But if your looking fo something to bulk up your bits box, or for conversion projects I would definaly recommend this. The amount of heads, arms, gods icons, axes, maces, swords, spikes and horns would really help towards turning that block of mass produced looking warriors into something alot more customised and eye catching.
If like me your not very good with green stuff, and looking to make an army that stands out from the rest I would definatly recommend this box for your needs :)

my only issue is the price... seems a bit steep for what they are. Honestly, if I want forsaken, I'd just by the old mutations sprue personally

I've been tempted, but honestly £30 is too steep for me. I've bought a couple of bits from ebay for conversions and they're great, but I'm still too cheap :P

Hahaha, you're definitely never meeting my missus. First thing about forgeworld is you never tell them about forgeworld.

ugh

FW doesn't take PayPal

I can't ever order anything big without risking having my nuts chopped off by the wife.

The spawn kit is good for bits and mutations and is a LOT cheaper than the forsaken box. I managed to make two spawn and convert 18 marauders into forsaken with the bits from one spawn box.

While I admit that the Forsaken box is a treasure trove for bits, it is the price tag that puts me off. Combined with their subordinate role to the warriors of chaos core, has all but ensured that I will likely never see the contents of that box.

I also took the Chaos Spawn route. I bought two boxes back when they were $25 a box and made a spawn for my beastmen, a spawn for my warriors of chaos, and saved two for a later date (they ended up being two beasts of Nurgle). With the remaining bits, I cannibalized my old hideous Chaos Warriors from 5th edition into 24 unique and horrendously mutated forsaken.

Spawn kit has a lot of nice options but I am tempted by the forsaken kit its just the price is a bit high
