The Chosen
Lords:

Chaos Lord- daemonic mount, great weapon, mark of tzeentch, third eye, enchanted shield, iron curse icon, and talisman of preservation.

This will give him a 2+/3++ rerolling ones, with strength 7 asl, and immunity to killing blow and stomp. He will go into a tzeentch unit of warriors that are hand weapon shield and will help them grind out combats that they get into.

Chaos Sorcerer Lord- Disk, Lvl4, Lore of tzeentch, mark of tzeentch, scaled skin, armor of destiny, staff of sorcery.

This will give him a 2+/3++ with flying and he will dispel at +5. I have found that thanks to the lore of tzeentch being such a cheap lore to cast the spells off of that a lvl 4 on casting means that I can almost two dice any spell that I want to out of that lore and that will just suck up dispel dice. Conversely, I LOVE the +5 to dispel as it always seems to help push me just enough to be able to use less dispel dice on my opponents spells. Also, for lore of tzeentch I love the spells treason and glean magic obviously but I also love the spells pink fire (to increase my own regen scores) and bolts of change because their strength stat is actually really good in my opinion, plus I do not mind firestorm or gateway because while being variable the amount of damage that they can potentially do is more than enough for them to pull dispel dice which is what I am after.

Heroes:

Chaos Sorcerer- lvl. 2, lore of nurgle, mark of nurgle, skull of katam.

This guy gives me a little utility in what spells are available to cast but is mainly there as a skull caddy to help feed my lvl 4 dice.

Exalted Hero- BSB, Halberd, mark of nurgle, shield, daemonic mount w/barding, soul feeder, dawnstone, dragon helm, the other tricksters shard.

This will give him toughness 5 with three wounds, strength six, minus one to hit so most things will hit him on sixes, and he will have a 1+ rerollable armor save with a 2++ to fire. I will have him in a unit with festus however so his actually defensive kit will be a 1+ rerollable, 5++ regen, 2++ to fire. He will also be poisoned on his strength six attacks and can reheal any wounds that he does take with soul feeder.

Festus the Leechlord:

Festus is only here to provide his regen and poison attacks to the unit and will sit comfortably in the second row thanks to the BSB taking up so much space with the daemonic mount so that hopefully he is fairly survivable.

Core:

Chaos chariot- mark of nurgle

Self explanatory

Chaos chariot- mark of slaanesh

Self explanatory

Chaos warhounds x 5- vanguard and poison

War machine hunters and chaff

Chaos warhounds x 5- vanguard and poison

War machine hunters and chaff

Chaos warhounds x 5- vanguard and poison

War machine hunters and chaff

Chaos Warriors x 19- Full command, blasted standard, mark of tzeentch, hand weapon shield.

This is my anvil that thanks to the chaos lord riding with can actually grind down most things in combat and is superb at what it does. I can not say enough about how much I love the 3+/5++ on our core troops it is AMAZING.

Special:

Chaos Warshrine- mark of tzeentch

This thing is great for combo charging alongside the foot slogging warriors, has that amazing 3++ save to keep it alive, and I absolutely love the bound spell. I have found that if I can get that off reliably every turn than very quickly my characters become an unstoppable rape train rampaging across the board. Plus because of the low casting cost on almost every spell that I wish to get off during my turn the opponent literally has no idea what to throw dispel dice at because with 8 dice I can reliably cast 4 spells that all would need to be worried about dispelling.

Chosen x 17- full command, mark of nurgle, halberds, shields, and razor standard.

This will give me a very, very tough unit to crack thanks to the rolling of the four dice combo with the warshrine because if I get an armor save increase great, toughness increase great, attack increase great, daemon prince amazing, and weapon skill amazing (most things hitting you on sixes does indeed equal WIN). Also, they will be poisoned strength 5, with regen for protection. I can not say how incredible I feel this unit is with how versatile it can be and how easy it is to turn them into something that even most elite troops will have a really hard time dealing with.

Rare:

Mutalith Vortex Beast-

At Tremendous' recommendation I have tried this big nasty thing and am finding that I absolutely love its bound spell and abilities. Again, this is another low casting cost spell that the opponent is GOING to try to dispel and will throw dice at it almost every time because the last thing they want to have happen is for the mutalith to roll a six on that spell and potentially nearly deleting a unit besides making a spawn on top. This is a variable spell but it is so scary on the high end that most opponents are literally forced to try to stop this, but if they do that then I will have treason, pink fire, the warshrine, glean magic, curse of the leper, or firestorm all of which can also be casted easily and all of which will make the opponent wish to dispel. The synergy with this beast is amazing.

This list comes in at 3000/3000. All comments are welcome and will answer any questions that you have. I love, love, love this list and will probably be using this as my new tournament list and truthfully, I am never a fan of the net lists that float around because I always try to find my own ways to make things work for me and also because it makes it a lot harder for my opponents to deal with my list because hopefully they have never really encountered many like it. Anyways thanks for the read through and I'll try to respond to any questions or comments as quickly as I am able.
